This dispensary was great, but they just got new management this past week or so.
I went here for about a year, even when it was inconvenient. They were that great to work with.
On Edible Friday, August 14^th I went in for ghee. James was there and said there were new laws, so they could only take orders of ghee; they couldn’t keep it in stock. He took my order for 5 jars and said he’d call me back on Tuesday or Wednesday with an update. He said as soon as the order arrived, I’d have to head over and pick it up that day. I said sure. I said, since I came in on Friday and he didn’t have it, could I get the edible Friday discount? He said sure. I said, I have finally filled up a card for $ 20 off! Could I use it? He said absolutely. I asked if he wanted me to pay upfront and he said, Nah.
On the Thursday after, I hadn’t heard from James. I called and left a message with no response. My prescription expired on the 24^th (today), so I felt urgency. Plus I wanted to use my filled up punch card!
I went in the next day, Friday. A new guy was there, and I explained what had happened. He said he’d call James to see what happened and helped another customer who was there before me. Then he called me in and asked what I needed. I said it again. He said James wasn’t with them anymore and that they were under new management. He said all the ghee had been bought and that he’d sold several orders since then. I asked him for a new order and he said sure, he’d call me the next day. He wrote my phone number on a random scrap of paper with a bunch of other writing on it. He asked how many jars. I said 5. He asked if I wanted big jars or little and I said, what’s the difference? He said he didn’t know the math… and just stood there. This was unusual for me. I have never gone to a dispensary here or in California where they didn’t do the math. Trying to keep it light, I said okay, 5 jars or a quart, whatever makes more sense. He said okay. I asked him if he was sure that tomorrow would work because my prescription expired Monday. He said he’d hook me up with someone to get a new script. I said my finances were such that I could choose between a new script or the 5 jars. We discussed scripts for a few minutes and I declined. I asked him for his name (Donnie) and said, Thanks! Cya!
Much to my disappointment, he never called.
I called just now and it went to voicemail.
I called ten minutes later (after writing the first draft of this review), and asked for Donnie. Donnie wasn’t there, so I asked for management. He was management. I said my name and said I’d ordered ghee and would like an update. He said that Donnie had let him know and that the guy who makes the ghee has been unresponsive. He said he’d call the guy just now. After about 45 minutes, I called back and said I have to go somewhere else because I have a meeting before 7pm, when they close. He said the ghee guy was unresponsive anyway. He was extremely apologetic and said there were things they had to work out.
I am very unhappy. I was a loyal customer for almost a year. The ghee that was ordered for me was sold to someone else. And they never followed up on the first time with James and the second time with Donnie. The third time I won’t count because it was a small amount of time and he said the store got slammed. Either way, I am SOL and am calling all over the place to find it.
Do not recommend sadface.

Not only is it my neighborhood dispensary, but it is also my favorite! Affordable and of a high quality, which is a rare combination to find from dispensaries in the area. Even after I move, I will still be frequenting this place!

What an amazing place! Everything is really of the highest quality. Location, quality medicine and incredibly informed staff. The Source has it all. I suggest trying their house hash pills. You wont be disappointed.
