The Lounge Event Venue

I didn’t get a chance to go to Duos when it was a restaurant so jumped at the chance for this week’s Elite Event. It is a great space with fancy outdoor seating out front, a fair-​sized bar, and many different areas so you aren’t in just one big rectangle. The poor servers got swarmed every time they exited the kitchen so I only got to sample three of the evening’s apps. Not sure if it’s better to have everything out on a buffet, or to have the food passed. The menu sounds fantastic and I’d be very interested in booking this spot for our class reunion next year.

My wife and I were hanging at the bar, of course. We really enjoyed the event space inside and out. It is a very modern, sleek interior space. Which makes the space very easy to set up and decorate. The layout for the event was open and the decorations were very beautiful. Lots of room to walk around and mingle. We were very happy with the service.
The bar was packed, the drinks were flowing. The food was flying off the trays, in a good way. Thanks The Lounge by Duos for hosting us. We had a great time!

I recently held a Birthday party for my partner and there are so many positive things to say. I found Duos after seeing them in a magazine and then found an article where they were featured on the front page of the Seattle Times. So I figured they must be doing something right.
My priority was having a cool space and I wanted something relaxing and fun and «The Lounge» was just perfect; it has such a great vide that I think it is truly unique for event spaces in Seattle. Then the food! I didn’t expect the food to be so damn good — my focus and priority was on having a good event space. I always expect catered, to be well, ‘catered food’ and it is food I just typically don’t care fore if that makes any sense. Duos food was so good — highly recommend the sliders. The presentation was really fun too and unique and it was small details that really just made this a great birthday party and deserves a 5 star review. And I couldn’t end without saying how cool the staff was and how easy it was to work with them.
Thank you for making my partner’s birthday one of the best! You all rock!

We hosted a retirement party at Duos. Great venue. Warm, welcoming, attentive to our every need or request. The food was fabulous… especially those mini corn dogs. All of this allowed us to celebrate our event and never feel uneasy or urged to leave. I recommend this venue for any occasion, especially during the summer. Great outside seating… sunny or in the shade. Love it!
