I purchased a package deal and had three massages, but am not sure why I wasted my time. Two of the women were decent, but the third kept leaving the room without any explanation. They are obviously untrained and do not have the skills for a proper massage– very repetitive and not able to find and address trigger points. There are no sheets, just slimy towels that have not had all the massage oil washed out of them. I know they are trying, but this really should be more professional.

First time here with the Groupon special– the place smelled, the bathroom had a slightly used towel to use for drying hands, and it was the first spa without an intake form. I don’t think the sheets are changed but there seems to be a clean towel on the sheet. The nice and sweet Kathryn gave an overall good massage but it wasn’t deep and my focused area, around the arm and hands, didn’t get much attention. Will try again since I got a packet of three specials.
