Business Owner

Geoffrey Burg and Patricia Fulton are highly rated criminal defense attorneys who have defended people accused of crimes for over 30 years combined. As graduates of Gerry Spence’s Trial Lawyers College and repeatedly recognized as «Super Lawyers» by Washington Law and Politics, they have earned reputations as articulate and passionate advocates. Patty currently works to improve our laws as co-​chair of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers’ legislative committee, work for which she has been honored with the prestigious President’s Award. Geoff has been involved with many major criminal defense motions, including winning a series of motions that benefited hundreds, if not thousands, around Puget Sound. He has also lobbied on behalf of WACDL for people accused of crimes and has written and fought for several bills and amendments that were passed into law that have helped protect the rights of the accused.
