Immigration Attorney, André Olivie, is the son of a Pakistani-​Indian immigrant mother and an U.S.-born father from New York. Andre was raised in Tempe, Arizona. He is an avid traveler and has studied in Europe and Southeast Asia. He is a passionate supporter of immigrant and human rights and in particular the rights of LGBT Immigrants and same-​sex couples.

I had a really good experience with Mr. Olivie. I was very nervous as I’ve never needed a lawyer before and I really wanted to have my partner receive his K-​1 visa. At the last minute I thought I had misfiled some paperwork and made an emergency appointment with Mr. Olivie. I chose him because his Google reviews were good and I liked that he specialized in helping same sex couples, which didn’t pertain in our case but I think it’s good work. Having had no conversation before our meeting I was really happy with the kinds of questions he asked me and the patience he showed for my nerves. Really personable, but not in a trying-​to-​impress kind of way. Problem was solved in less than an hour, he only charged me for 30 minutes of his time and I walked out feeling SO reassured. Rightly so too, because… WE GOT THE VISA!!! Yeah! And it made us realize that we just really want to have assistance with the rest of the process. His fee was really reasonable, so we’ll be sticking with Mr. Olivie for the adjustment of status and green card filing.
