Description

Specialties

We specialise in creating a neighbourhood environment, that on any day our clients can simply walk in and hang out and talk. We treat our clients as extended family.

Our stylists are excellent a with colour applications (highlights, all-over, covering that stubburn grey), haircuts (when you say ‘only cut off this much’ that’s what we do. Our stylists can take the images you bring in and find the best way to make that style work with your hair type.

Our product knowledge is excellent. Our receptionist has tried everything on the shelf and can help you find the best product for your hair type.

History

Established in 1985.

The Hair Connection started on Broadway 25 years ago and has been a neighbourhood institution ever since. We have had the same stylists for the past 10 years, which is unheard of in this business. We treat our clients as if they are our most trusted family. For the past 14 years we have been next door to Vivace Coffee, another Broadway institution.

But, as of April 1, 2010, we are relocating to The Oddfellows Hall at 915 East Pine Street. The is more intimate and urban. The Pine/Pike corridor over the last 5 years has exploded with restaurants, boutique shops, bars and nightclubs, becoming one of the most popualr destination points in the greater Seattle area. We have decided to join in, also since Elliot Bay Books in moving in right next door.
