A bunch of punk snobby service kids that would rather be typing on their smartphones than doing their job and helping customers out. Will never go back.

Some of the worst service I’ve had in Seattle. They are not friendly and do not care about customer service. In addition There are always flies near the salsa and the salsa station is always really messy. On a recent trip there I orders tacos with just meat and cheese. She asked me 3 times if I wanted anything else on the tacos. I repeatedly said no, «just meat and cheese.» I get all the way home, which isn’t close, and there is onions, cilantro, and salsa on all my tacos. I call and the lady on the phone was soooo rude. She told me I had to come in to get my money back. When I get there, she can’t operate the machine to put my money back on my card and hade standing there for about 10 minutes. Not to mention she NEVER used my card to give me the refund and was able to do it on the machine. She didn’t need me to come all the way back there. She could have done it over the phone!!! They offered no compensation for their mistake and I left with over an hour of my time wasted, no food, and a awful experience. The food is not that good, the prices are high, and the service is awful!!! I will never ever go there again!

Quick lunch service. The wet burritos are great. After about 10 visits, nobody has had a bad meal yet. The patio is great in the summer when it is hot. The staff is friendly and helpful. Minus one star because I once had a burrito that had a few pieces of chicken that should have been discarded rather than included. Nobody likes the hard chewy bits in a burrito. Suggestions: It would be nice if there were menus when you came in that describe some of the ingredients. It is nice when burrito places have laminated menus you can hold while you wait in line.

Can’t get enough of this place. Higher prices but you always get enough food for leftovers, and there is nothing better then reheated leftover mexican food!

Get the wet veg. burrito. It’s to die for. I crave it all the time. Great salsa bar and everything is delicious.

Update: Higher prices + lower quality = one less star. Pretty disappointed as of late.

Just what I ordered; super delicious. Reeks of authentic goodness. ASKED before liming my cerveza, hooray. I hate limes in my beer. Friendly staff.

My partner and I ordered food from here using . The food was surprisingly delicious. However, there seemed to be a miscommunication at some point, as I ordered a chimichanga but definitely received just a plain burrito instead. Being that we were hungry and short on time, we didn’t bother to call the restaurant and try to correct the mistake. That being said, my burrito was huge and delicious. It wasn’t overstuffed with rice and beans, like some places do for cheap filler. It also came with some condiments, which I always appreciate. My partner’s chile verde was tasty and we both loved the salsa that was served with the chips. The food isn’t super authentic but its reasonably cheap and tasty. The portions were huge and even though we didn’t finish the food, we felt stuffed as ticks afterwards. I’d definitely give this place another try if I were in the mood for Mexican food.

On a a hot day, this casual Mexican restaurant offers pretty good standard plates and A/C! They also have a TV where you can catch World Cup and Sounders games.

Delicious super fish burrito and warm chips! The orange sauce at the salsa bar I could eat by the bowlful. Paired with Modelo and I was a happy camper!

Love this place! Everything is just worth the price! I remember this place ever since I was born. I feel that they’ve grown along with me through the years and the food has gotten more tasty, cause when I was younger I actually really disliked their tacos. Of course now I can’t help but order more than one fish taco! But hey we all have different tastes and opinions so try for yourself!

The tacos here rule! Guaymas is my Chukis away from Chukis; they offer legitimately good tacos and great atmosphere for killer prices and a kickass patio. It is a great bike destination being right on the Burke Gilman trail, and a worthwhile stop. I recommend the Al Pastor here — and for whatever reason I’m not into their Carne Asada. Get a Pacifico and chips to complete the experience.

Thanks ! Total hook up for 2014 Solstice Parade! 3 tacos & bucket of brew is the only way to go. As for the food it’s fantastic! Burritos are the size of your forearm, original street tacos and much more. All prepared for your enjoyment to savor and consume. Can’t say I’ve ever had a bad meal in 20 years, so thanks for the quality of your food… If your seeking quality food jump on the donkey and trot yourself here.

I actually really like this place. It’s pretty nonchalant, and I’ve only been there once on a random weekday for dinner. There weren’t very many people eating when I arrived, so I was a little skeptical at first. Their menu is fairly priced, and has a number of traditional Mexican plates for you to choose from, as well as a few more adventurous ones. I opted for the Carne Asada platter and a side order of chips and guacamole. I also got a soda, and everything cost about $ 20. To be honest, the Carne Asada was really really good. Five stars definitely. The restaurant also has a great salsa bar, and I love pico de gallo, so overall I was very satisfied. I would definitely eat here again.

I can’t even remember the last time I was this impressed by a restaurant. When I first came into this place, I had no idea that I would later be giving them five stars. But sure enough, it happened. I came here because I was directionlessly wandering about Fremont after seeing the troll under the bridge, and figured I might as well eat lunch at the nearest restaurant since it was 2:00PM already. That restaurant happened to be a family Mexican restaurant, and I just thought«well, whatever.» I came in, ordered a carne asada off the menu, and took a seat. It’s a pay-at-the-counter type of restaurant, so you pay first and there’s a tip jar and no waiters as far as I’m aware. That also means you have to get your drinks yourself at the soda fountain, so it’s kind of like a fast food restaurant that way. Naturally, I didn’t think there would be anything great lying in store for me. Then, one of the waitresses(I think, actually I’m not sure) told me that my carne asada would be coming right up. Wait, I had barely just sat down, and my meal was almost ready? Then the dish was brought to my table. I don’t know which to find more amazing: how beautiful the dish was or how it took just a little over five minutes to arrive. The food was on a huge plate, neatly divided among the rice, beans, thin grilled beef with onions, and salad with guacamole on top. It looked absolutely stunning. I have no idea how they did it. Accompanying that was a tray of tortillas; they were tiny and I didn’t know how I was supposed to scoop the food onto them, so I just ate them separately. They also managed to get the food to taste just as good as it looked. It was very fresh, the meat was dripping with juice, and the onions and guacamole added a lot to the whole dish. The meal was absolutely incredible and one of the best I’ve had in recent memory. The total for all this came to fourteen-something dollars. Since they don’t explicitly ask for tips, I tried to bus my own table, but they told me, «That’s okay sir, just leave it!» You’re telling me that you give attention to customer service on top of all that? Now this is the kind of restaurant I recommend to my friends!

I LOVETACOSGUAYMAS. Or at least this particular location as I haven’t been to their other locations. Their horchata is delicious, their tacos are the best, and their burritos are extremely generous portions and yummy. I’m definitely a regular here, and I’m so happy that there is a really great, authentic, and affordable Mexican restaurant here in Fremont. They have a large outdoor patio, which is great for summer dining. :)
