Business Owner

Ms. Miller earned her law degree from Seattle University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude in 2003.

Ms. Miller clerked in King County Superior Court for the Honorable Bruce Hilyer. Ms. Miller was admitted to the Washington Bar Association in 2004. She is also admitted to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Ms. Miller is a member of the Washington State Bar and the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Ms. Miller, who is fluent in Spanish, was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and attended Roosevelt High School. Ms. Miller earned her Bachelor of Arts Degree from the Henry M. Jackson School of International Studies at the University of Washington. Her major was Latin American Studies, which included studies in Spanish and Portuguese.
