Would give a no star if possible cause no one answered the call even though I was 2^nd in the queue. Waited over 30min then gave up. Now they are closed…

I was referred here by my OBGYN due to some routine testing which showed some potential ‘issues’.
It was difficult to get ahold of them to get an appointment as I guess the ‘referral’ process didn’t go smoothly. I ended up having to contact them directly to setup an appointment and session.
We arrived 10 mins early like we were supposed to (for a 7:30am appt). That was brutal.
Our original expectation was that we were there to receive an amino test since that was what would give us the results we would need to know.
We ended up being brought back for an hour long ultrasound (which we weren’t aware was going to happen).
After the ultrasound, a doctor came in who told us that they were concerned at the ultrasound and still thought there were ‘issues’.
We then had an appointment to see a genetic counselor who was to explain to us what was going on and our ‘options’.
This is where I struggled and why my rating is so low.
Our genetic counselor did not have a great bedside manner and made us feel like we had no hope and should be fearful of having children. She even made the remark that we were so ‘calm’. I wasn’t sure if she wanted me to yell at her or lash out but she wasn’t getting either one from us.
She told us it would only take about 5−10mins before we would finally have the amino which is what we were there for. It took more like 30 mins and my husband having to go ask reception what was taking so long.
Thankfully, we were fortunate enough to have false test results and won’t have to step foot in there again for this pregnancy but for having the «Swedish» reputation (and price), I sure felt like we were let down on service levels and follow through.
