I wrote a really good review for this place at first. Now I’m pissed off. Terrible management! In the 6 months my boyfriend & I lived there, we had nothing but problems. They’re only nice to you at first so you can move in, then when you’re bound by contract, they start showing their true colors. All they want is your money. They are so unorganized! Do NOT go to Sunset Park Apartments if you’re looking for a place to stay. It’s not worth it!

The worst apartment I have ever lived in. The manager stole our entire deposit and the person who did our final walk through with us said that our apartment looked better than his apartment did when he moved in and was excited that there would be very little to do to turn the apartment over. The managers boss told me that he would help us but quickly disappeared and was never heard from again. I thought that it wasn’t a big deal to live here for a bit, but all in all we lost about 5 thousand dollars (when you include the vehicle break in) to this place. Run very far away!
