If I could do no stars I would they only deserve a complaint. I work graveyard and was in between engagements. Subway ok let’s do it. I ordered a breakfast 6″ and and everything was fine. When attempting to pay for my sandwich their system may have been new(not 100% on that thought) but did not process my card. It was not declined but simply an error on their end. After 5+ mins oh did i mention we were on a time crunch, I asked my friend to borrow $ 5 to cover the tab in the moment he declined. I go back inside let them know unfortunately he couldn’t cover me. They then did not offer anything sympathize. I have worked in the food industry and when it is the establishments fault we offer something if not the product desired and something else to ensure a return visit. So I curiously asked what they would do with the sandwich in my absence. They said they would give it to their son. If it was all my fault I get it yes keep it do what you want with it. Since I made 2 separate efforts to pay I feel neglected and denied as a guest. To finish my visit after they mentioned I could not have it I returned to the car my friend noticed I did not have the sandwich in hand and caved in gave me the $ 5 to purchase the sandwich this took a total of like 35 seconds and yes people the sandwich was already gone. With the money in hand they started to make a new one. Oh wait I’m on a time crunch I don’t have the time even the 4 or so mins. Really? Even the delivery guy that caught the tail end of the situation said that sucks. All in all if you don’t have cash go else where to be better safe than sorry and still hungry and starving.

I love this Subway — best one yet, IMHO. The staff are super-friendly and the woman who works the evening and weekend shifts has an amazing memory — she always remembers what my husband and my favorites are. Plus, they have been generous with our portions and the veggies have consistently been fresh(we go there probably a few times a week, and in the evenings when veggies at other Subways have petered out a bit). I would definitely recommend this Subway, although, I do so with some hesitation because I love the quiet, non-stressful surroundings there.

I mean, it’s Subway right? How bad could it be? This location is always consistent. The staff aren’t friendly but they aren’t rude; they are always professional. My sandwiches always turn out the way I ask, and the soda is balanced perfectly between CO2 and syrup.(Not a hard feat, but it seems a lot of places aren’t balanced well…) I go to this location fairly often simply because I work across the street, but if it were really bad I wouldn’t go at all.

Okay … I can’t give a true review because I haven’t completely used them. But called to order a platter($ 30!) and it was the most painful experience that I’ve been through in a long time. I hope to pick it up in a couple of days(not sure if it will even exist come Monday … will probably call back and hopefully get someone different to make sure the order is in place). I’m hoping this is an irregularity … but the other Subways nearby had worse reviews than this one!

Can I have Provolone on that sandwich? No we don’t have Provolone. It is clearly my fault for assuming that a place with Italian B.M.T. and Meatball Marinara would have Provolone. but they have Pepper Jack, Monterrey, and Cheddar none of which have anything to do with Italian sandwiches. If this was a taco joint I would be O.k. with that but not a frickin’ deli.

Just an OK subway, although since they are close I go there a couple times a month. The staff is Ok, with some being incompetent and a couple others being very nice. Kind of inconsistent with the sandwich making, sometimes my veggie to just too skimpy, even for a veggie!
