Most disgusting sandwich I have ever ate. The guy making them with a long Jedi braid made two sandwiches for me. He overly toasted them. Put on way too much mustard as if it was the main course. He charged me for the sandwiches even before they were made so I couldn’t even add avocado unless I wanted to swipe my card again. His hair was all over his shirt. He was sitting down in the back when I got there. Already a sign of carelessness. I will never eat there again. No thanks.

Omar was absolutely perfect when it comes to customer service and professionalism. He was absolutely overwhelmed with customers near his closing time and handled it amazingly. What a champ. And changed gloves in every circumstance which is something you appreciate as a former subway employee and frequent patron. Omar deserves a raise and also a promotion! My parents, who own a subway restaurant, would be privileged to have an employee of his caliber on board. Thank you Omar, I hope this gets back to you. — stranger Dave

being that i work around the corner i find myself here for lunch a few times a month. This is the typical subway is essentially every aspect. Being that i am here every so often there has been a few common issues. I don’t think that the soda machine has ever worked properly. Some time it puts in too much syrup other time not enough. Or sometime it does not work at all.

It’s a Subway. What do you expect. I’ve eaten here enough and it’s A-OK.

I come here rarely but the times I have been here was a good experience. Idk about the day service but I come after 10pm when I do come here and the service is pretty good.

the girl who made our cold cut sandwich put sooo much salt on it, which neither of us asked for, and it was gross, and Rodney was sick later on, maybe cause of that but then again maybe not. Anyway, they need better five dollar foot longs, like, I know that’s not this Subway’s problem, but yeah, in general, they do.

Making a sandwich is a craft. This particular Subway must have changed hands since the last time I was here because the people behind he counter did not seem to know at all how to make a submarine. The person in training almost dropped the sandwich on the way to the oven and back to the counter. She didn’t seem to know how many items to put on it, either. Or how to cut the sub in half. Finally, she did not know how to wrap a sub, the biggest minus, as I found out when I unwrapped it: the contents came tumbling out. With all the other Subways I have been to, the inner white paper in which the sub is wrapped acts as an «envelope.» The sub is wrapped that one can hold one half in one hand with the white wrapper firmly holding the sandwich together. One peels it back as one eats it. In this case, I unwrapped the sub to find it not wrapped at all in the inner white wrapper. So there was no way to lift either half without the contents spilling out, much less take a bite. So there I was taking one bite while the veggies fell out and then having to pick the pile of veggies that had fallen out and stuff them back in. When I told the supervisor of my problem, she simply rearranged the two halves and then changed the outer wrapper. She did not all that concerned. (Also, the spicy Italian seemed to be missing one of the three meats that I have found at all other Subways). I think that the principle of «knowing how to wrap it» also applies to burritos: think of Taco Del mar. If the counter people do not know how or cannot do it, they shouldn’t be doing it at all. I will not be going back to this particular Subway again for a while.

I told them I wanted the veggie delight sandwich and they started making me a tuna sandwich. I was like, «is that for someone else?» and the dude was like, «no… this is for you» and I said, «I didn’t order anything with tuna.» And the guy said, «yes, you did, I heard you say that» and then the other guy at the register said he heard me say that too. I was like, «I would never order a tuna fish sandwich!» and I bleeping left. I will never step into that Subway again. Terrible, terrible customer service. NOSTARS.
