Studio 7

Love my apartment. Perfect size for what I need. Building is brand new and I have not had any problems. It’s in a great location. The building manager Teresa Zivarts is awesome. Whenever an issue arises she is quick to fix or accommodate.

This was my first apartment in Seattle and is a total Wow ! Wonderful place to stay with a lovely view and amazing management. I love the rooftop and the very well maintained high tech lock system .
Teresa and Jasmine are really kind. When I called them for the first time, they were very kind and helped me do all my paperwork at ease. As I was arriving seattle at odd hours, they took patience to stay for a while in their office till I was settled. I wouldn’t have managed to stay alone in Seattle if not for studio 7. Excellent place !

Living at Studio 7 now, I can confirm that the lower rental prices ($ 1000) seen on Craigslist are available, but, as you might imagine, they get snapped up very quickly.
The building is new and clean. The units have new appliances (white), reasonably tall ceilings and clean lines throughout. The bathrooms are spacious, clean and have a good layout. I believe all of the units have stacked washer/​dryers. (Mine does.)
Theresa has been great! She has a very positive attitude and has been responsive to my questions and requests. As everything is basically new, I have had no issues with repairs.
The other tenants are quiet, and the building as a whole has a good, safe feeling to it.

I literally created a Unilocal account to reaffirm another users previous mention of the bait-​and-​switch. Same thing happened to my friend and I. Called and they told x price and when giving a tour they raised the price by $ 200. You can call it an accident or mistake but another user mentioned the same scenario which means you guys are either very disorganized (benefit of doubt) or most likely deceiving potential customers. This is typical car dealership sales tactics of dishonestly luring potential customers to visit the place. Would not want to live at a place with such practices.

Beware of their bait and switch strategies. Dealing with them is just a waste of time. I saw their listing on Craigslist, a studio for $ 987 per month with pretty pictures. So I called to ask for details and to schedule a walkthrough. On the phone it is mentioned that the studio is no longer available, and they only have $ 1380, and they said they would call me back to schedule an appointment for a walkthrough. Which they never did.
A couple of weeks later, at 5.45pm I received an email that they have a studio for $ 987. I responded immediately (by phone and email). None of which were responded. The next morning I called only to find that the unit is no longer available, but they mentioned that have other unit with $ 1025. I said I’m still interested and wanted to apply. They suggested to come to the office, so I did immediately. At the time I reached to their office which is an hour later, they mentioned that they don’t have any unit available at that rate anymore, and the lowest they have is rated at $ 1400. So I was perplexed and disappointed; I don’t think they are trustworthy. So I walked away since I think their units don’t worth $ 1400 anyway; and I probably just saved myself from future frustration dealing with them.

The living condition is ok, but the service is terrible. They claimed they will send you the deposit check soon after you move out. But actually I haven’t got my deposit back after 50 days. And they didn’t ever reply or explain why the deposit is not sent. Now I have to resort to legal efforts to solve the problem. Really bad experience
