One of Seattle’s best florists! Chandin always goes above and beyond for her clients and I cannot recommend her enough! She will take your vision and turn it into something phenomenally beautiful and perfect. Collaborating with her for your event will make your event planning that much more fun and enjoyable!

Chandin did a wonderful job with my wedding! Having seen her past work, I knew I could trust her creativity. There were only two guidelines I gave her – yellow/​purple wedding colors and local as much as possible. The end result was better than I could have envisioned. Everything, from the bouquets to the altar decorations to the centerpieces were stunningly creative. She fully utilized the Pacific Northwest bounty – 90% of my flowers were from the PNW and the rest from California. I would say more about the flowers, but honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Chandin was lovely to work with, accommodating with random requests (I sent her photos of random plants a couple times, and she worked them in) and a no-​stress vendor. If you’re looking for a florist who will work with you to realize your floral vision for your special occasion, Studio 3 is your florist!

From a very long time lurker on Unilocal,I finally felt it was time to contribute towards the content that I rely on (sometimes, as if my life depended on it… or at least my taste buds & wedding). Seeing as wedding planning is a very significant part of people’s lives (including my own), it definitely felt appropriate that I begin my journey in leaving reviews for my wedding vendors & that puts Chandin at Studio 3 Floral Design at no exception :)
My husband & I were planning a wedding from long distance (originally from Seattle, moved to Bay Area in CA right after we got engaged), so on a weekend trip for wedding planning back in Seattle, we met with a total of 5 florists/​floral designers in one day & there was bar none, no contest to who we were going to work with going forward. My husband’s reaction was «well that’s a no brainer» after we met with Chandin!
Not only was Chandin’s demeanor & personality (super easy going, fun to chat with & always looking out for your best interests) a great fit for us, but she really understood & matched out design sensibility. We wanted our floral design to feel modern, yet, whimsical: punches of color, clean, & fun. We worked together on the look/​feel, color matches, & textures/​varieties during our occasional in-​person meet-​ups when we were in town or over email throughout the year. The process was seamless & we were never stressed about how all the pieces would come together. She even went out of her way to track down some vases that matched our set to possibly be an option for our centerpieces & then came up with more options in case the matching set of vases didn’t work out.
Overall, Chandin’s scope included the [1] bridal bouquet, [6] bridesmaids bouquets, [2] mothers’ bouquets, [1] floral halo for the flower girl, [4] boutonnieres for the ring bearer, fathers, & officiant, centerpiece flowers & a bit of rentals (we used our own vases for the most part), & petals for the ceremony aisle-​way. The bouquets most of all were very impressive in value & Chandin is always willing to work with your budget, yet, achieve the look you are striving for.
I didn’t stress one bit about the flowers or the setup on the day of, as Chandin also conveniently showed up in hand with all our flowers as we were about to take photos (& the setup of the ceremony & reception were done before I even knew it!). It was as if a magic elf just made it happen at a blink of an eye.
We received countless compliments throughout the big day (with many «oooh» & «ahhh“s from the guests) & many thereafter, especially with the bridal bouquet. The photographers had to actually ask me to stop holding the bouquet so often in all the photos because I loved it so much!
I highly recommend Chandin & her floral design services for anyone who is looking for a modern, whimsical feel (though, she is definitely capable of so many other looks based on her beautiful portfolio) & especially for those in the design industry & always wary about a particular look.
I am a designer by trade, so you can consider myself pretty persnickety about who I wanted to work with for our special day, while trying to stay within a particular budget. We ended up spending a bit more on our floral design than we originally anticipated, but it was well worth every penny.

I hired the Studio 3 Floral Design for my wedding to do my bouquet, my four bridesmaids bouquets, corsages, and the boutonnieres for the guys. I chose orange calla lilies, ivory roses, and brown hypericum for my bouquet and my husband wore a calla lily bout.
Not only did Chandin pull all of the order off BEAUTIFULLY, but as it was she was hired only 20 days before my wedding (because the other florist screwed me over). Chandin beautifully arranged every bouquet just as i described, but went above and beyond to make every bridesmaid’s bouquet unique. When I saw the flowers, I honestly teared up (not just because it was my wedding day! they were beautiful). The flowers were fresh, arranged TOTALLY on time, and actually lasted more than a week after the wedding!
I have only the greatest things to say about Studio 3. They helped me out in a crunch, and the work produced was gorgeous. 5 stars!

Studio 3 is terrific! Chandin, the owner, is super friendly, accommodating and has a real talent for floral design. The flower arrangement she did was absolutely gorgeous.
Lastly, she is super detail oriented and got my flower delivery exactly on time despite there being such short notice.

We hired Sudio 3 Floral Design to do the flowers for our Wedding in August of 2012. At the time when we started to communicate, I was in Montana for work and couldn’t meet with her to hash out the details of what I wanted. That really didn’t stop us from working together. We sent photos back and forth and I was following her Facebook page screaming «I want that one!» every time she posted some amazing inspiration board. Eventually we hashed out what I wanted… well sort of. See, i love flowers but I don’t know all of their names. All of the other brides I knew would describe these flowers by their scientific names and out of pitty for my puzzled look would give their common names from time to time. My descriptions went something like «I like petal pink roses… and succulents, and hydrangeas… oh and I want sticks in my bouquet.» I am pretty sure that is exactly what I told her I wanted. At least that was all of my vocabulary used up in one puzzled bride statement.
The day of the wedding — WOW! these amazing bouquets show up that were like reading my mind. They were unlike anything I had seen. She picked up on so many of the details that I struggled to explain and she created flowers that were exactly what my sub-​consci wanted.
Words do not describe or put value on the service and experience that I received through Studio 3 Floral Design. She helped to make my day a reality. She gave me flowers I will never forget.
As for what others say when they look at my photos? They say the same speechless reviews that I do. In fact these flowers near trump the dress remarks. Take a look for yourself, my bouquet is the one posted on September 14^th 2012 in her photos. Amazing right?

I first met Chandin as just a very nice person who my nephew drafted to help me move when illness had clipped my wings. I knew she did floral designs, but it was not until I was the lucky recipient of one of her bouquets after open heart surgery that I actually saw her work. The bouquet was stunning and totally original in concept, featuring berries as well as unusual flowers and foliage. Many of the hospital staff came by my room to admire it for themselves, having heard about it from others. Everyone exclaimed at it.
Since then I have put photos of a number of Chandin’s creations on my Pinterest page, which I use only for select things I truly love. I am a grandma and don’t expect to be planning a wedding anytime soon, but if I were Studio 3 would be my unhesitating pick. Ditto if I were planning a really special occasion dinner or party. Most floral arrangements are beautiful, but the originality and artful eye behind Chandin’s creations put them in a class by themselves. A+
