Steve Cox Memorial Park

I have been here since I was a kid and before the remodel. Really nice and chill place. Used to go here for the play set now I go here for the basketball court. A lot f stuff is well maintained, but it is in white center so there might be some vandalism every now and then. But overall it’s a nice well kept place for parents to bring their children on a nice day.

I really like this park, new playground and all and I see more construction in the making and cant wait to see what else will come out of it. Lots of physical play time to do here at the park. Also I enjoy their little basketball court too. Its clean as well!

One of the nicer parks. It’s great for the kids. Usually always other kids and parents there on decent weather days.

My daughter and I love the playground at this park! It’s new, bright, and colorful, with something for each age group to do. There is also a grassy area adjacent to the playground, so it’s great for kicking around a soccer ball or playing catch. There’s plenty of parking and there is also a basketball and tennis court nearby. In the summer, it tends to get very crowded with kids who are playing on the basketball court and depending on the age of the people playing, there can also be some «drama» that develops. Sometimes there are also some questionable people who trickle in, most likely from downtown White Center, but there’s usually a patrol car parked there or at least passing through. Fortunately, we’ve never had anything bad happen here, but we do avoid potentially busy hours like the early to mid-​afternoons.
