Very busy location but they manage to get the line going. Fast and great service. Sometimes, they make sample drinks which is nice for the customers.

The beauty of Starbucks is the consistency from one location to another as far as product goes. With that said, it is a downtown location and struggles to maintain a comfortable atmosphere with a large transient population that hangs in and around the store.

Busy busy busy in the morning. Decent service and not too long of a wait. Basically just a typical Starbucks.

Once I got past the awkward setup I started to appreciate this location for the fact that they always get my order right. Plenty of tables to get some work done, very open space with very basic décor. Got a perfect double smoked bacon sandwich here and for that alone they’d deserve 5 stars. If the ambiance were more welcoming I’d gladly give it.

Let me start by saying I really like Starbucks coffee. I am a shareholder, and I collect all the state and international mugs, as well. It’s great seeing Seattle’s local coffee shops overseas! I like this location because of its typically shorter lines. However, I came into this Starbucks and was asked to leave because I had a dog, that was not a service dog. I completely understand. The reason I’m writing this review, is because the very next day I walked by and I saw a gentleman sitting at a window table with his dog. I know his pup is not a service dog, because we all live in the same building. Can you understand my confusion? Please decide if this is a dog friendly location or not. I hope this was just a simple mistake and not a prejudice. How about a walk up window at some of the downtown locations?

SEATTLE: STEWARTAND6th: Long lines in the morning! Friendly baristas, efficient use of space. Rumor has it all the Nordstrom employees come down for coffee right after clocking in, so don’t come in the morning if you are in a hurry!

By far the best customer service in Seattle and Bellevue. Just moved around the corner from this location, and within a week they already knew my name and drink. Very impressive! Staff is extremely friendly and attentive to customer service. Great job people!

I’m a fan and I know that Starbucks is an icon in Seattle and you can find one on just about every corner. I’m not totally loyal just to Starbucks and I frequent other coffee places as well. However, I must tell you that I tried Starbucks«new» Vanilla Spice Latte and it is fabulous! The soy milk that I request really brings out the flavor in this latte. Give it a try, even if you are not a fan of Starbucks. :) The staff at this location are friendly as they are at most Starbucks! Get yourself in and try a Vanilla Spice Latte and it will warm you up on these cold winter Seattle days! Cheers to you!

I would come back to this store because of the employees. They are doing good job in the greeting and the speed of the service. The lobby area is small however great place to hang out.

Nice quiet Starbucks, clean, and good service. Woman behind the counter kept saying ‘and then …’ between my ordered items, and I responded(as we all should) ‘no and then!’ which she loved, telling me nobody in a year has responded that way when they should have. So. .. if you get the woman who says ‘and then …’ respond in kind!

I come here because it’s close to work. Everyone is very friendly… although, they seem to be a bit friendlier to the regulars. They’ve also messed up my drink order 2 times already(out of 15 – 20 visits, that’s not bad), but still.

Very nice Starbucks, in a great location with a patio! Happened to be a beautiful sunny day in Seattle so we sat outside and watched the people while we enjoyed our morning!

I love this Starbucks. One of my favorites in Seattle! I’ve been here a few times and really like the baristas here. Coffee is consistently good and food comes out pretty quickly. There is a good amount of seating and outlets. I really enjoy spending a few hours here catching up on Unilocal reviews, sipping my beverage. A little shout out to Bethany, who is always there when I am, and the really nice guy with glasses, sorry I don’t know your name! I’m sure I’ll learn it because I keep coming back :)

These girls are awesome! They just made my day, and here’s why… I’m up here for a couple days from Portland, staying at the hotel next to the store. My day can’t start without coffee so I wandered over about an hour ago and got my first iced venti vanilla nonfat latte of the day. After leaving I took one sip and thanks to my natural clumsiness I immediately dropped it on the ground. I could do nothing but stare sadly as my precious liquid caffeine made its way across the sidewalk into the street. I’d only brought enough cash down for the one latte, so I went back to my room to berate myself for my stupidity and decide whether I deserved to buy another. Half an hour later I was done with my time out and headed back over to buy another. When I ordered I was laughing at myself and told them about my clumsiness, and immediately they both said they would replace it, no charge. Seriously? It was my own fault for dropping it, but they not only replaced it, but told me their own clumsy coffee-dropping stories so I didn’t feel alone in my lack of coordination. It really is the little things like this that make the world a better place :) The latte was delicious, the employees in there are full of wonderful personality and not at all like some baristas who act like it’s a bother when you walk into the shop. I’m in town a lot and will definitely keep this store as my main sbux while in town. Thanks wonderful Starbucks girls who reminded me that there still are nice people in the world!

Dropped in for a coffee when having a little part time job downtown. Typical outstanding Starbucks service, friendliness and assortment of good food. I am intrigued. that cute cherry pie. it’s only like 2.25. mmm. after the Unilocal caused diet is over. that restaurant reviewing streak got me in a diet mode! Thanks again Starbucks!

My fave Starbucks in the neighborhood. The baristas are super-friendly and you can almost always count on there being an elusive ”black-apron” barista on the clock. I’ve been coming here for three years, and although I’ve tried both of the other Starb’s around my building(yes, I can see THREE from my office), I remain loyal to this one. Services the neighboring office buildings, the Westin, and the Hotel Max, which makes for some interesting people-watching. My only complaint is that they run out of Chonga bagels and chocolate chip cookies early… but they also used to do a special 10-minute promotion with free drinks, which always seemed to coincide with when I walked in the door.
