There are ALOT of Starbucks’s in Seattle and it’s not surprising that you would find one in a Safeway in Seattle. It’s a convenient when your in the Safeway but otherwise I would not be here very often. The baristas were friendly and everything about the experience is pretty much what you would experience at your typical Starbucks. I like the fact that they have a decent amount seating in the area so you can hang out and people watch while your here. They also have wi-​fi available so you can actually get some work done/​play around on your phone AND do some grocery shopping in one area.

Stood at the counter for a while before the barista acknowledged I was there. Asked for a new Teavanna and was told I had to buy a tumbler to get the drink… he wasn’t kidding. So I went to a different Starbucks down the road that let me but a drink without having to buy a tumbler…

A Starbucks in one corner in Safeway on Greenwood.
What I like about this place is that I can sit by the window and do some people watching! It’s actually quite relaxing. I enjoyed the quick 20 mins breakfast here!

SAME-​NESS! DID YOU KNOW THE STARBUCKS ARE ALL THE SAME? LOL. They have the same menu and same prices in every store around the country (that I know of).
So, this one in the Safeway Greenwood store is smaller, but, of course, like the others that you might have ever been to for coffee.
No surprises. It’s how you expect it… which can be nice some days.

Located inside the Safeway on Greenwood, this Starbucks never has a line. The baristas are always very friendly (maybe because they are lonely as this Starbucks does not get as much traffic as many of the others do). It’s always very clean & they have loads of seatting.
It’s great to do your grocery shopping and then stop in for a drink or a bite to eat.
Wish they would give out samples though since I come here so often and do love sampling things!
