This place is close and convenient but after today I’m over it. Inconsistent drink quality and the baristas with a good attitude never seem to last long. Also, why don’t you open up both sides of the drive-thru when cars are backing up traffic waiting in line more often?

12÷30÷15 Your basic Starbucks, nothing note worthy. It was an efficient experience and they managed to keep the line moving(slow). Very professional staff. Love the drive thru window, although it gets backed up during busy times, rush hours… This Starbucks location is no different from the other ones… However, there’s always one downfall to this area: from my past experiences, I noticed that their drink quality is not up to par. I ordered Strawberry Tea Lemonade and as a result. My drink was too watery and I couldn’t taste anything despite how appealing the drink looked. If I were in their shoes, I would deffinitely rush and make sure the customers’ drinks are made on time. However, there’s a distinct difference between quality and quantity. I think customer like me would agree that a little more time spent in making the drinks would make a vast difference of what the outcome would be. I understand how quick all the workers have to be when it comes to providing drinks to customers, but one thing I just want to suggest is to make sure the drinks are made correctly. Good service, friendly barristas… TIP: Drive-thru only!

Super convenient. Never have had a problem here! They are always friendly and courteous. They offer samples when you aren’t sure of a new flavor.

If I can rate this place 0 stars I would. This Starbucks has disappointed me countless of times. They mess up my order all the time and don’t make my drinks right even when they repeat my order it never is right. Baristas can be unprofessional and don’t seem to care about making customers happy. I only go here because it’s so close to where I live but I don’t think I will be coming back here anymore, one too many disappointments. I’d rather drive to a different location, it’ll be worth the drive.

I was a regular at this Starbucks simply because it is nearest to my house, well due to the lack of professionalism, I will not be going back here.

I live right around the corner from this Starbucks so I’m a frequent customer. Since I generally go around the same time on the same days, I seem to have the same baristas working the drive through and I’ve never had any issues with my drinks or service. Everyone is really sweet, friendly and prompt. Only thing is the double drive through is confusing and it’s in a semi-hassle to try to maneuver around there, especially when they’re slammed. Also, sometimes there will be three or four employees congregated at the window and I’ve driven up to a distracted barista a few times, but nothing really to complain about. They seem to cease their conversation as soon as a car pulls up.

I don’t really understand the hate for this starbucks… I think they’re great and they always make my drinks perfectly. It’s your standard starbucks. Yes, the lines are usually long but trust me it goes by fast.

I think this place is okay, better than the one at safeway. The workers are very nice and polite. They don’t have very fast service though and their drinks are not that tasteful. My drink didn’t taste the same and it ended up being hot as hell, like not regular hot but super hot. but it wasn’t all that bad.

Weird double drive-thru only Starbucks that only ever has one drive-thru working. And there are parking spots. Why? Baristas are nice enough. I bought a sandwich the other day and the barista couldn’t believe I didn’t want a drink. Kept asking me if I was sure I wasn’t thirsty. Finally agreed to let her give me water to make her happy.

Never had a run-in with any rude baristas or workers here. Been here a few times and placed my order, grabbed my drink and continue on my day/night. They have always been polite, to me, anyways. Greeted with a nice«Hello» and said bye with a nice«Thank you, have a good day/night.» Also remembered getting a drink comped the first time I was here because they accidentally gave one of my drinks away but I wouldn’t have known if the cashier never said anything. So +1 for that. You don’t get that everywhere you go.

Worst costumer service ever! Usually when I go to Starbucks all of the baristas are really nice and friendly. I go to this location every once in a while and they are usually quick since its a drive thru. After the barista handed me my coffee I asked her for a napkin and she rolled her eyes at me and kind of thew it at me. Im never going to this Starbucks drive thru again!

Not one of the best Starbucks I’ve been to. They’re pretty slow but some of the baristas are nice and talkative. Their drinks hardly have ice in them which sometimes is a good thing but your drinks aren’t cold. It’s like asking for light ice. When you really didn’t. I made the mistake of asking for light ice and I literally got one cube of ice with my tea. It’s only drive thru… Which sucks too. But its a nice place to just stop by and grab a «quick» drink. I just wouldn’t go here unless I was desperate for coffee, other than that is drive to another Starbucks

They did a terrible job with our coffee. Taste like hot milk. We’ve never been here before and we definitely won’t be coming back.

The barista had quite an attitude when he clearly cannot get my two year olds steamed milk right. We asked for steam milk at 90 degrees and the drink came out cold! We asked him to remake it and sure shit enough he argued with us. Would’ve thrown the cold ass milk at him if I could. Never stopping here again.

Their new vegetarian breakfast sandwiches are horrible. Overheated Egg and Cheddar; the bread becomes tough and has the strangest smell(and not that of food). Their Vegetable & Fontiago Breakfast Sandwich with spinach, sundried tomatoes, caramelized onions and Fontiago cheese on a multigrain ciabatta bun is just too much bun. I wish they could bring back the basic sandwiches they used to have. Oh well.

Only a drive through and it’s usually the slowest Starbucks. Although they did comp me for the wait during my last visit and got a free egg nog latte. Yay holidays. :)

Woohoo? Well, sure. The staff here gets our order right — so far– 100% of the time. They’re consistantly friendly, suggest options we may not have considered(would you like an extra cup so her cup isn’t too full?) and overall, provide top notch service. The drinks and food are also exactly as you’d expect and the turnaround time is always quick as a wink. Two entrances for when it’s busy, one or the other is closed if they’re not. For a drive-through only Starbucks, this is as fine as they come.
