The almond croissant is a life saver. Delightful and friendly service every morning. All the items are tasty but that damn almond croissant is something I want to be sure I eat on my deathbed.

The lunch food is minimal, yet very tasty. The pastries are very, very good. The staff is very friendly and quick to remember your«usual» order. The coffee and chai are quite pleasant. I eat lunch there up to 4 times a week and I have never felt off-put or let down by anything they sell. If you’re in the neighborhood guve them a try.

Excellent coffee, food and service! The staff here are warm and vibrant, and they tend to remember the regulars, which adds a great sense of community to the morning coffee routine. I’m a big fan of their baked eggs dishes — like a quiche but without that annoying crust.(I’m not a crust person, but I know this is a hotly-debated issue.) They also have a great selection of sweet pastries for the sweet-loving crowd.

Holy hell!!! Four stars??? Worst coffee ever in Seattle. Do yourself a favor and go around the corner to another place. Was it the weak cappuccino that warrants this review? Or the«hot» chocolate? Or maybe it was the strand of hair waiting for us in the choc-walnut bar? Yea, that was it. Skip it, skip it, skip it. You’re welcome.

I was staying at the Alexis Hotel around the corner, and somehow didn’t discover this place until my LASTMORNING in Seattle! Ugh! I rarely pass a bakery, and I love that you can smell the butter from half a block away! Probably the best raspberry cream cheese croissant I’ve ever tasted. Seriously melts in your mouth. Cute, clean little place, worth searching for.

This café is a hidden gem. I work super close from this café, but I would’ve never have known that there would have been a café in this area. My coworkers told me about this place and I gave a try during my lunch break and it was better than I expected. The staff are super friendly and it’s quiet and not packed with people. Perks of being hidden haha. I usually get their soups and there’s 2 kinds each day, different soups everyday. One is vegan, so no worries vegetarians! The soup comes with a couple of side breads and it’s a quality bread that goes well with the soup. The soup is hands down yummy. It tastes homemade, not the packaged soups that are just preheated. I’ve also tried their quiche and even that one is tasty and filling. The desserts are to die for… I can’t resist them, they’re presentable and soooo good! The reason why I gave 5 stars to this place was how perfectly their seasoning is. It’s never too salty or too bland and same goes for the desserts, just the right amount of sweetness. Sometimes I wish this place would not get too popular because I like how it’s so chill here. I like the way things are with this café! :)

The guy at the counter was so nice and patient with us. Latte he made was delicious. We went in the next day to get some pastries and we weren’t disappointed. I had a fruit tart, and it was probably the best one I’ve ever had. Custard was perfect and the crust was amazing! Great little stop.

I am a bit shocked by the reviews of this place. I had a chai tea and a latte and they both left me extremely unsatisfied. The tea was tasteless and the coffee was really weak. To the credit of the staff, they did remake both. They were more than accommodating. There are so many good beverage spots in Seattle that I would go somewhere else.

I like this place! They have a good sized selection of pastries, dessert, and lunch options. I really like the atmosphere as well –quiet, clean, relaxed. I would like to come spend an afternoon on my laptop getting work done! The food has been pretty good, too. And the service is very friendly.

For people who know me — I can’t resist a pun. So when I found this hidden gem of a bakery, I was pretty excited! :-) Quiet, clean and with plenty of seating in the back, the space has a dainty feel to it with lots of natural lighting. Very cute! We were especially lucky to visit on a sunny day because the whole place was filled with sunshine. I was kind of surprised though with how empty it was — did it open just recently? Maybe it’s because we visited on a weekday? I just wonder because the place itself is adorable and there are tons of desserts that would appeal to people with a sweet tooth. My choice of the day was a fruit tart and latte — look how cute the tart is! Taste-wise, they were both fairly average, BUT with more than a dozen options available, I think I’ll need to try some more before I make a decision on the pastries. :) I’ll have to come next thyme to try their sipping chocolate! ;-)

Nice bakery. I was craving sweets and happened upon Spring Thyme while I was in the area. There was a decent amount of sweet-filled options, but I stuck to the chocolate-dipped shortbread cookie and a jam-filled cookie(mainly because there was a heart-shaped cutout and it was cute). The choc.-dipped shortbread cookie was okay, not too much flavors going on, but still delightful. The jam-filled cookie was pretty tasty. There were other pastries that I’d like to try next time I’m in the area. They have chocolates, soups, and other savory treats as well. Friendly staff, helpful and quick(well, I was the only one in there, so it’s not like I had to wait). Clean establishment. Quiet and peaceful :)
