They are so nice and accommodating. I drive all the way to South Park from Capitol Hill to go to the Tire Factory. Today I couldn’t figure out how to get the headlight and indicator light changed on my Honda, but they were able to get me in right away and let me bring the lights with me. They put them in for $ 10.60!!! Can you believe that! I think they made minus money. I was expecting to pay at least $ 40 because they had to jack the car up and take apart the wheel well to change the bulbs and also had to wait for me to go back to the auto part store because I bought the wrong lightbulb. I have always used them for tires but apparently they do all kinds of auto repair.

These guys are awesome!!! I needed an estimate on a timing belt and rotor replacement for my car — they got it in, estimated, and replaced everything within 48 hours! Great service. Thank you so much, guys! Much appreciated!

I could write a lengthy review about all our good experiences with these guys, but I’ll just say I really feel like this is an honest, thorough, and reasonable place to take your car. Owen did our shocks on our Chevy Tahoe today, and they charged us a lot less than we expected, and the car feels so much better on the rough Seattle roads. We have brought two of our cars here, and I have always felt like they were straightforward, and honest. I am so thankful we found this place after a few bad experiences with other mechanics. Save yourself some time and money, and bring your car here. I feel like a sales person saying that lol, but really, these guys are good!

These guys have provided me with great service and sound advice for years. Today they went above and beyond once again. At 5:00 I found out I had a flat tire. AAA was at my car at 5:15 and had me on the road at 5:30. I called South Park Tire Factory to see if they could fix the tire while I was in the neighborhood. They were ready for me when I got there, fitted me in while they dealt with other vehicles, had my original tire repaired and mounted before 6:00. I went from flat to a complete repair in an hour.
I had purchased my tires from them about 18 months ago, so to top it off, they didn’t charge me! This is not the first time they have gone above and beyond for me. Absolutely top notch customer service. They have earned my loyalty.

Like everyone says, these guys are nice, fast and affordable. Just got new front tires on my Prius after Les Schwab claimed they had fixed a slow leak that kept leaking. Now I’m all set in just an afternoon, and only $ 150 for the whole deal!

Went to get in my car and drive to work one morning only to find that a tire was flat. I called around and received the best pricing from South Park, but they wanted me to bring the car in first to see if the tire could simply be patched.
Turns out the tire was ruined and they didn’t stock the tire I needed (it is somewhat of a specialty tire). They put on a loaner tire so I could get to work, and then had a truck bring the tire I needed in the afternoon. I was not charged any extra fee for the loaner tire, despite the extra work associated.
Everything was quick and professional and they won a customer. I will absolutely be going back in the future.

Three years later and I’m giving these guys another huge 5 stars. Just got my 60k service done on my vehicle and was sure it was going to eat up my entire tax return. Was pleasantly surprised when I didn’t! I had all the fluids on the vehicle flushed, all the standard service stuff, and breaks done for just over $ 500. This was when I was quoted at shops elsewhere for $ 250-​$ 300 for JUST the breaks.
Add to that, these guys are just the nicest people you could talk to. Customer service is great, the work is quick and professional, and my vehicle is driving like a dream again. Thanks one more time, South Park, you guys rock!

Les Schwab wanted to charge me $ 879 for brakes on all four tires. They replace everything if you need to or not. These guys at Tire Factory $ 467.00 less. Why woul I go any where else and I live in Mill Creek about 25 – 30 miles away

Great folks, bought my last three sets of tires with them and they have always stood behind them, fixing leaks, etc. always service with a smile and able to accommodate me, thanks!

I have been here several times and will continue going back to this location! Tried another location closer to me after I moved and decided I would definitely drive the extra few minutes to go back to the South Park one. My tires are from Tire Factory, so they always rotate my tires for free. They are always able to get me in and out very quickly. Never had to wait more than maybe 20 minutes and that was when they changed my oil also. $ 20 oil change. Doesn’t get much better than that! I also VERY much appreciate that they treat me with respect. I’ve gone to other auto places in the past and was not treated well. Thanks for the great service South Park Tire Factory!

This place is great! My wife and I figured out very quickly we needed new tires after slipping and sliding all over Seattle after driving across country. Everyone here is super nice and really gives you a good price for their services. We’ve gotten new tires here as well as an oil change. Highly recommend this place!

Owen and the Tire Factory crew have saved me HUNDREDS. Our first car was a piece of junk, but Owen was able to take care of the issues it had and recommended us to a better car. We will definitely be using Owen and the South Park Tire Factory in the future!

South Park Tire Factory has replaced the tires on my last two Volvos. Bob, the owner, provides impeccable service at a reasonable cost. I couldn’t ask for a more trustworthy team to work on my cars.

My husband and I have been taking our cars to see Bob, Owen and Jeremy for years. As you can see we are on a first name basis. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve taken my car to a shop and I was treated like they saw me coming, a woman with a pocket book. Bob and his guys treat us fairly and I trust what they say. Twice I have taken my car in when the check engine light came on. Twice they have told me it was an oxygen sensor that was responding slowly, reset it and sent me on my way at no charge. Needless to say I refer all of my family and friends here. They are the best!

Always great service at this location, they take great care of you and the work gets done rather quickly. I’ve bought new tires here twice now and they’ve always been patient and thorough explaining my options without trying to upsell me something I didn’t want. Also they do repairs right the first time and quickly, great attention to detail!

Yet again these guys have come though. For years I have used them, initially just to remove nails in my tires, and more, such as alignments. They’re friendly, efficient, GREAT PRICES!

Went here a few weeks ago for an oil change and a tire rotation. They got me in and out in 45 minutes. Great service and reasonable pricing.

Southpark Tire Factory is top notch.
We’ve had our tires replaced there for a Jetta and Dodge pickup! The tires were great, and the service is stellar.
We recently replaced the tires on the Dodge pickup (after 80,000 miles). In addition to terrific deal on the Kelly Safari tires, they confirmed the ABS computer was bad which saved us a $ 135 service charge at the Dodge dealership.
I highly recommend Southpark Tire Factory.

I’ve been going to South Park Tire Factory for years. This place is great. Even though I’ve been living in Capital Hill and then West Seattle, I go the extra distance to take my car to them whenever there’s an issue.
They’ve always been honest and fair with me. They’ve always been able to diagnose the problems I’m having and fix them without charging an arm and a leg or suggesting a bunch of stuff that I don’t need to have done.
I can’t recommend South Park Tire Factory enough. These guys are friendly, fast, efficient and honest.

I have this special little eco battery cell charged Toro lawnmower that has really special batteries… and they are corroded.
I open the sucker to see the brand and look up online where i can buy a new one. Should be easy. It really wasn’t.
Every «dealer» I called said, «Yuasa batteries? never heard of them, you sure it says I’m a dealer?» «yes» I say, (why the hell would I make this up).
Until I called South Park Tire. Thank fricken you know who.
Even though they aren’t a Yuasa «dealer», guess what? They were able to help me get another brand of the same battery and configuration so it will work with my mower. Bob, I only assume was the manager (because he wasn’t covered in grease) was on the phone with his distributors trying to solve my problem.
He found it, told me it would be a couple of days. It wasn’t even 24hrs when he called me back to tell me it was ready; new wiring and all.
I was so thrilled, I even got my oil changed there. $ 24. Hell yeah.
Give them a try before the South Park Bridge closes forever on June 30^th. I have no idea how the Hell I will get there after that, maybe the 1^st Ave S Bridge? Who knows. But they are great, customer service driven folks, so I’ll find my way back!
