History

Established in 1988.

December 2013 marked Skyline’s 25^th anniversary! The first Skyline Properties office opened in Bellevue in 1988. The company was founded by Ron Hennig and Pete Lance, on the principle belief that brokers shouldn’t have to pay 50 percent of their commissions — along with another six percent in franchise fees — just to be supported by a a quality brokerage firm. Ron and Lance changed how real estate was done in Washington State. In 1988 the company started with two agents. Today Skyline Properties has five thriving Puget Sound offices and over 600 brokers writing business through them.
