Manager

Nicoleis a licensed Esthetician with 9+ years in the Industry, a medical esthetician, and our Med Spa Administrator. Her training allowed her to apply modalities such as Laser Resurfacing, Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), Radio Frequency, LaserHair Removal, Cryolipolysis and Ultrasound. Through out her work in the medical field she has acquired experience working with well renowned plastic surgeons to help patients achieve each of their specific skin care goals.

Nicole believes healthy skin is a reflection of mindful choices, nutrition and exercise, in office treatments, and a skillfully selected skin care regimen. She looks forward to meeting all clients looking to achieve the most optimal skin health inside and out.

I went in for my first visit because I received a gift card. I had Emmalee as my skin therapist and she was knowledgeable and friendly. I don’t have too many skin issues, so I did more of a basic facial focusing on extractions and redness. My skin looked so clear and the redness I normally have was toned down quite a bit. It sounded like they had an event with extra gift bags leftover, so I also received a few samples to take home! A great experience and will hopefully be able to go back in the future.

Every time my skin erupts in a major breakout I always think that it’s reached to point of no return. This is of course until I see Emmalee and with some sort of magic (or just expertise and knowledge) she brings my skin back. I leave skinlogic with a glow I didn’t even think was possible and my skin feeling healthier than ever. Thank you Emmalee you are my skin savior!

I went in for my first visit today for the Stimulating Anti-​Aging Facial and it was one of the best facials I’ve had in a long time! I met Erika and she has the most gorgeous skin and is absolutely beautiful inside and out. I brought all my products I use on my skin from home and before any treatment began she went through and read the back of each product to make sure I was using things that would not harm my skin. She was super impressed with all my products and gadgets and didn’t push any of their products on me which is one of the reasons I will keep going back. The other reason I will go back is because she was gentle when doing my facial, told me what she was doing, asked me if I was comfortable throughout the procedure and gave a fantastic massage while the skin care products she applied were soaking in. The was an absolutely amazing experience and you can tell she truly cares about her clients needs. This is my «go to» gal from now on.

Nicole is amazing! I have recently started seeing her to begin a consistent regimen to help clear up my existing acne as well as treat my acne scars. I’ve since gotten a chemical peel which totally cleared up my skin and will soon begin some Dermapen treatments to soften my scarring. I am so impressed with this spa all around. Hannah at the front desk is so friendly and accommodating and Scott the owner is always there and involved and you can tell he cares. Nicole is so knowledgable and I’m very excited to work with her and continue to see my skin improve!
Also, I highly recommend their membership plans. If you’re someone who is looking to consistently take care of your skin, there are 3 plans that are a steal in terms of what they offer! I went for the platinum plan and have so many monthly options for treatments. It’s pretty awesome.

Evelyn was great to work with and I would highly recommend her to someone who is looking for great personal service.
The consultation prior to service was well beyond what I’ve experienced at other places I’ve gone to in the past. Since she asked a lot of questions and listened to what I said during our conversation, she was able concentrate on all of the areas requested. Fantastic work!

After years and years and YEARS of terrible skin. Acne, discoloration, scars, the list goes on… I found my cure!
I started services at skinlogic around January. I was very skeptical since I feel like EVERYONE always seems to think they have the cure. I got paired up with Karissa, and I haven’t looked back. (I actually told her the other day I would have been a great «before and after» candidate). Karissa took time to look at what my skin needed. From there she recommended me to a dermatologist where I started on a diuretic that surprisingly helps with deep cystic acne. That stuff kicked in quick! From there we worked on the after math of years of acne. Chemicals peels (vitalize peel is great) and just regular facials. I’m only 4 months in and I can’t remember the last time my skin looked this good. I can only imagine what it will look like in another year. I wish I could keep this place, and Karissa, a secret so I’ll always be able to get in easily. ;) But I want people who have struggled like I did to find their cure here too.
I would give this place 10 stars if I could! Highly highly recommend!

I relocated to Seattle six months ago and have visited a few well reviewed salons. However, I was very disappointed by the results and had almost given up finding a true facial that wasn’t some quasi-​Clarisonic/​massage 1 hour treatment with little results. That is until I went to Skinlogic and found Klarissa. All I can say is ‘WOW!”. Even in the dim lighting after the facial, I noticed a significant difference. The facial was truly a facial and not a facial plus massage. I was there for a facial and that’s what I expect. That’s exactly what I got. My skin was like silk, noticeably brighter, clearer with all dullness washed away. Skinlogic definitely delivers a truly medicinal facial that will not leave you disappointed. Klarissa is outstanding and I recommend her from a long history of experience, both good and bad from many salons. Great job! Well worth the $.

I had botox here for the first time with amazing results! The office is clean, professional and everyone was on point. Scott is incredible and their medical director Evelyn was unbelievable. She was calm, attentive and answered all my questions. They have amazing deals going on and if I lived closer I would participate in their membership program. Very happy!

I signed up for Skinlogics membership program as soon as it was offered. Helps me stay on track with my treatments, plus I love the merchandise discount. Every time I walk in, I feel like I am walking into «Cheers» — everyone greets me by name and makes me feel so welcome. I love the quality treatments Scott and his team offer.
One suggestion — offer a complimentary comprehensive consult before the treatment instead of asking me what service I want. I always say «let Kate take a look at me and see what I need.»
Please keep up the great work and thanks for being such a great neighbor in Greenlake.

I started going to Skinlogic Med Spa about 4 months ago for facials and have been going once a month. My skin is noticeably improved! I used to get breakouts along my chin all the time and now I maybe get one a month. I have tried several different face regimens in the past, prescriptions, etc without the improvement I have seen since going to Skinlogic. The staff is extremely friendly and receptive to your needs. They also give you lots of products to try without pressure to buy them. I always look forward to appointments and would highly recommend them.

I feel like a princess every time I walk in the doors of Skinlogic. The staff is as friendly and professional as it gets. The facility is extremely clean as well. I have yet to be disappointed with any of the services that I have received at Skinlogic. I really love SkinLogic MedSpa. The spa is beautiful and relaxing. I’ve had almost all my services with Hailey. She is easy to talk to and does a great job. Her facials are especially amazing.
The only downside to this place is the (lack of) parking.
I have the monthly membership and it’s been great. I get monthly deals and my appointments are paid for when I get in which is so nice!

I was recommended to Skinlogic approx two years ago and I haven’t looked back. I became a member when they brought their new program forward and I look forward to making my monthly appointment.
I use both their med spa and their traditional facials. Their product line is high quality and their staff knowledgeable.

I have been in Seattle for almost 2 years now and I have had a hard time find a good person to wax my eyebrows. I went to Nordstrom, other fancy spa’s and even some nail saloons but I was very disappointed with the end look, too much pain, and price.
Then I found Lisa at Skinlogic. WOW… not only the best in Seattle but better than the person I went to for years in San Francisco. It was not only relaxing, pain free but had perfect results. They also do this «zapping» afterward to avoid breakouts. Never had this before and it totally works. Lisa took her time and made sure to understand what I wanted. She had a great touch, the applicator wasn’t hot, the cooling gel smelled great and I came out without all the red and puffiness. AND no breakouts afterwards. She even recommended a sunscreen and gave me a free sample.
She is my new waxing girl and I hope to go back for a facial from Lisa.

I am 48 and had only had one professional facial before this year. But my skin is just awful and something needed to change. I came here because the reviews emphasized the medical part of «medical spa,» not the spa part. If I am going to commit time and money, I want results, not pampering.
I saw so much improvement with my ONE facial that I bought a gold membership to force myself to come back monthly. Kate gave me an acne facial and extracted the bejeezus out of my cyst-​ridden face. I have suffered from cystic acne my entire life and have tried countless products, both prescription and OTC. Kate practically cured it with one facial and the recommendation for a particular product (skineuticals blemish + age defense serum).
I now look forward to my monthly facial, which is something I never thought I would do for myself. I haven’t had a single cystic breakout since that first appointment with Katie. The results prompted a new attitude toward self-​care for me. I now look forward to aging gracefully and gratefully. Thank you, Skinlogic.

I love getting facials here.
Skinlogic offers clinical facials with a spa experience. Everyone I’ve worked with is knowledgeable, kind, and willing to help. I started going a few months before my wedding and I’ve had great results. My skin looks brighter for some time afterwards and I’ve even noticed some of my scars start to disappear.
The only downside is that they are 1. expensive and 2. sell expensive products. I guess it is your skin, which gets beat up everyday, but I like to save money…

I’m of the belief that, if I have the moola and the time (but mostly the moola) — it helps to do stuff, like occasionally have a professional take care of my skin and set me on the right path with good skin care products and advice. So, since the tender age of 21 (The Acne Years), I’ve been getting facials regularly in Vancouver, Asia, and now Seattle. And in North America, the best place I’ve found for getting a clinical facial is at Skinlogic with Kim.
I’ve been going to Skinlogic half-​heartedly right around when it first opened, but didn’t think much of the place till fate stuck me with Kim. Kim is both professional and knowledgeable and her extractions are the most painless I’ve had. I’ve read some of the reviews on here, and I don’t know if people are familiar with the term EXTRACTIONS — the process of squeezing out blackheads and pimples from your FACE, which has a lot of nerve endings — but extractions are not supposed to be as sweet and happy as holding a small fluffy bunny rabbit. But with Kim’s extractions, I can actually envision myself petting a bunny rabbit, instead of wishing for the sweet hand of death to take me to a land where there is no pain.

I’ve never felt the pressure to purchase any products, even though they are suggested (and may or may not work for me, as I’ve learned from trial and error). The Rhonda Allison line in particular is hit or miss. I’ve also been recommended products which are NOT sold at Skinlogic, but are just darn good for my face. So I know my esthetician is looking out for me and not for the company’s bottom line.
The only reason why this isn’t a 5-​star review is because of Owner Colleen F’s response to some of the more negative reviews. While I’ve never had any run-​ins with Skinlogic’s customer service and I don’t operate a day spa (but I do own a business), I found her comments unpleasant and unhelpful, somewhat justifying the negative vibes that are levied against Skinlogic. I just hope I won’t be on the receiving end of the bad jujus in the future.

What I’d like to do is become independently wealthy so that I can come here weekly for a massage from Laurie and a facial/​microderm from Cathy. Both of these professionals were incredible-​knowledgeable, thoughtful and very skilled.
They will frequently have specials so you can try them out and then you’re hooked, caught ‘em, cooked ‘em, cleaned ‘em-​style. I initially tried a facial then returned for microderm. They offered me a deal on a massage and I couldn’t say no. I have had many good massages in my life but Laurie (right now Thursdays only) honestly ranks in the top 5.
I tried out some skincare products and like several, never a hard sell, just a service offered if you’re interested.
I won’t go on, but trust me I could. Can’t wait for my next treatment!
