The home was purchased as my primary residence and then later converted to a vacation rental. Without a doubt the VEIW was the reason I bought the house… It’s amazing!

The location is great! The EastLake Neighborhood has many wonderful Restaurants and Shops. There are always events going on close by and I love how the on and off ramp for I-​5 is so close, but you don’t hear the freeway noise. It’s close to downtown, but you aren’t kept up all night by the noise of downtown.

Eastlake is a community in Seattle, Washington that lies between the eastern shore of Lake Union and the western side of I-​5. Eastlake Avenue bisects the neighborhood running one and a half miles, from the length of the University Bridge at the north end to the Fairview Eastlake intersection at the south end.
