5 stars for Chuck. The man is a stud. He made the tour entertaining and there was never a dull moment. Price was very reasonable as well.

Absolutely perfect summary of the city! A nice ride around areas people without a car wouldn’t be able to see, and enough info on things to decide if you want to make a trip back to explore more. There’s only so much info one can retain on a tour, so 90 minutes was perfect and Chuck was a blast with a wealth of knowledge and kept it fun and interesting. Definitely recommend!

Took the 90 min morning tour. Great tour and so glad we took it. This is not a read from a script boring tour. Do not take this one if ur a negative nancy and don’t like to lighten up. Chuck is quirky and witty and makes dad jokes all day but it makes the tour that much more fun. Got to see a lot of the city and it was very informative. Would recommend to anyone.

We were a family of 8 needing transportation from the pier to Sea Tac Airport. We were very happy that we could add a 90-​minute tour of Seattle plus an hour stop at Pikes Market to our trip. Charles was ready to pick up us as soon as we got off our ship which is a welcome change from the horrible Shuttle Express experience we had the week before trying to get from Sea Tac airport to the pier. Charles was funny and informative and we really enjoyed the tour. Charles delivered everything that he promised and he put in extra effort with a pull-​down map, jokes and bubbles. We definitely recommend Seattle Qwik Tours.

I have to say, I had higher hopes for this tour. It was my friend’s 30^th birthday and we were traveling around the Portland and Seattle areas. It was our first time in Seattle so we were excited about touring the key locations like Pike Place Market, Freemont Troll, Space Needle, etc.
The «Chuckster» texted my friend the night before the tour to confirm our attendance to which she replied, «Yes, we will be there!» She received an aggravated sounding voicemail an hour before the tour saying he never received the confirmation text message and that he will show up at the hotel where we were staying anyway to see if we show up. He ended up being late picking us up. I just think if you are confirming a reservation, you should probably use email or phone first before texting. Or use the original form of communication through which the reservation was made. What if the phone number she provided had been a landline? It was pretty unprofessional.
Fast forward to the tour. I definitely appreciated the map and layout of the tour and the brief history of each spot. We had quite a diverse group on our bus; lots of out-​of-​towners like ourselves, along with several people who were in the area for a conference. There was a woman on the bus who forgot her camera so we decided to make her condo/​apartment one of the stops on the tour so she could find said camera. After we sat on the side of the road for 10 minutes, she reappeared sans camera — she was unable to find it! What a shame. Onto the next stop.
We passed by the Fremont Troll and the Pike Place Market sign. We were promised that we would be able to get out and take pictures with the troll and walk around the market but we never did. We also passed by the elementary school Jimi Hendrix attended, saw a bench Courtney Love used to sit and write poetry on, and a sliver of the Seattle Seahawks stadium. We also stopped across the river from what was apparently Bill Gates’ house but it was hard to tell. I did appreciate the knowledge Chuck did share on the things we saw.
I think the biggest highlight of the trip was stopping at a local McDonald’s so 95% of the tourists could get off and use the facilities. Even though there was an announcement halfway through the tour about making a restroom stop. Ironically, it was probably the best view of the Space Needle we were able to get. Standing in the McDonald’s parking lot taking pictures of the Space Needle — a good story to tell if nothing else.
We booked this tour because of all the stellar reviews and 5-​star ratings Chuck had received. I was under the assumption it would be more «touristy» and we would have opportunities to take pictures and make more stops. I was really disappointed that we weren’t able to make additional stops and was really put off by his attitude from the start.

Charles did a fabulous job on our tour of Seattle!
He was very knowledgeable about Seattle and very entertaining. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour and in particular the information about all the musicians who hail from Seattle.

Charles really sells Seattle. You can tell he loves the city and is determined to make sure you do too.
This tour is super convenient in that you can get picked up at your hotel (plus get texts from Charles about tour updates). In addition, you see practically all of the Seattle hot spots in a short period of time; it’s very no fuss! Lastly, you can get Space Needle tickets from Charles at a discount cost and without waiting in line.

Amazing tour! Extremely informative but most of all entertaining! Charles was very funny and made the tour so much fun. He remembered everyone’s name on the tour but the best part was that he remembered what we were most interested in seeing on the tour. He made sure to mention my groups name whenever anything related to nirvana came up. We stopped at an amazing spot for pictures. Pick up and drop off was easy as pie. He picked us up at the home where we were staying and dropped us off at the space needle. This tour is highly recommended!

Great quick tour that goes over the highlights of Seattle. Charles keeps it interesting and keeps you laughing the entire tour. Highly recommended if you are on a time schedule. The only thing that would have made it better was if he had played some Pearl Jam during the tour :)

Charles was great. My company recently used him for a short trip/​Charter. Charles was easy to work with and very accommodating. Everyone on the bus loved his wit and personality. I would recommend him for charters and I am sure he is an absolute hoot, to do a tour of Seattle with. Thanks for a great trip Charles, We hope to use your services again in the future.

Just like its name states, a quick yet informative tour highlighting the city in 90 minutes. Charles was very energetic and knowledgeable and you can sense his love for his city. He provided us with very interesting facts and even shared some great local secrets which made my kids feel special. Charles was hospitable and I have already recommended his tour to friends who are planning to visit in the summer. Keep up the great work Charles!

Visiting Seattle for the first time, I decided to take a bus tour as a quick way to learn all about what the city had to offer. I arrived late on Friday evening and emailed Seattle Qwik Tours to see if they had availability on a tour the next day. The tour operator, Charles, called me first thing next morning telling me he would pick me up at 9.45 at my hotel — he literally could not have made it any easier for me!
Traveling solo, Charles was super friendly and made sure to introduce me to all the other passengers and include me in the group throughout the trip which I really appreciated. The tour itself is about 90 minutes long which covers all the spots that I wanted to visit during my trip. Charles was full of information and fun facts throughout the tour and I learned a lot of things about Seattle that day which I hadn’t really found online which is nice for a change! At the end of the tour, Charles dropped me back to my hotel.
Coming from Europe (Ireland), I have traveled to lots of different countries and I always make sure to do a bus tour when there is one available. The Seattle Qwik Tour was without doubt the most unique tour I have embarked on (thanks to Charles gadgets and jokes!). Charles told me during the tour that he was planning a trip to Ireland. I told Charles that everybody that goes to Ireland loves it. Whoever will take this tour with Charles will also love it — if I could give it six stars out of five I would!

My tour of Seattle with Charles and Seattle Qwik Tours was one of the highlights of my trip. It was a good way to get my bearings, learn juicy tidbits, and take a medley of pictures.
Charles was open and accommodating. I called him about and 1 – 1.5 hours before the tour to reserve my slot. He suggested a specific address (one with inexpensive parking for my rental car) and he met me there with the bus. He even helped me figure out how to use the Seattle parking meters and affix the sticker to the diver window. Next we went and picked up another passenger from her hotel.
It was just the three of us: Charles, the other girl and me. The small group size allowed us to stop and exit the bus for more photo opportunities than usual (Charles even volunteered to take pictures of me with some of the sites). The downside of the small group was that I felt a lot of pressure to be engaged and laugh. Charles was extremely knowledgeable and a natural stage entertainer — good for a sprawling audience. He had a bell that he sometimes hit with a stick, music for certain parts of the tour, and bubbles. Normally I would have preferred to relax a little, blend into the crowd, and focus on taking pictures rather than displaying such a high amount of engagement and appreciation.
We went all over the city. Charles told us about the neighborhoods, the climate, the social climate, the cost of living, Bill Gates and other celebrities, a troll under a bridge, a floating bridge and floating houses, a monkey puzzle tree, and many other points of interest. I super enjoyed learning all of it and almost wanted there to be a «Part 2» the next day after I rested!
I think the $ 35 price tag was perfectly appropriate. Charles was able to take credit card payments on the bus and generate receipts with a line for tips. He definitely deserved a tip!
Charles made a concerted effort to make sure that we enjoyed our visit to Seattle. He wanted me to put more money in my meter and then he wanted to drop me off at another point to explore on my own. I appreciated his care but (being the introvert that I am) I needed time alone to recharge my battery to make a decision about my next step.

Fun, informative and very good value. A personal service from the owner, Charles, who picks up from the hotel and keeps you entertained for the next 90minutes while sharing his knowledge and enthusiasm for this great city.

We started off our first morning in Seattle with this Qwik tour and it was the best idea we had for the whole trip! It was our first time to the city and wanted to get our bearings and see some of the sites that only require a drive by.
Charles was a hoot and a half! We loved his wit and knowledge and how he included everyone on the bus in the tour (whether they wanted to be included or not!) We had such a fantastic time learning about the city and it helped us make our plans for the following days.
If you’ve never been to Seattle, make this the first thing on your to do list. If you have been before, go on it anyway!

These guys saved a group of kids who had a bus break down on a field trip. Charles was our savior who got us back on such short notice. The kids loved their ride back to school with bubbles and songs and I would definitely use this service again if we needed anything.

I have been to all six inhabited continents and Chuck’s tour was the ABSOLUTE BEST!

Seattle Qwik Tours was great. We bought a Groupon for only $ 16! That’s an awesome price for this tour. Charles picked us up at the lobby of our hotel right on time and we were off to pick up everyone else. Charles knows Seattle very well took us to the all the well known spots. At the end of the tour he dropped us all off at the market, which is pretty nice of him considering some tours have a one pick up spot and one drop off spot as well.

Charles was a great tour guide — very friendly and funny. Everyone on the bus had a great time — little kids and adults alike. (My friend thought at points it was a little morbid with references to 9 – 11 and Kurt Cobain’s funeral home, but I thought it was fine.) The sites were nice and we got to stop and take pictures at the end.
Props for picking us up and dropping us off at our hotel, then Pike Market. So convenient!
Note: yes we took the tour even though we live IN Seattle. We learned a lot about this great city and had a blast doing so!
