I was diagnosed with sub conjunctival hemorrhage but had a severe bacterial infection. It was a horrible experience.

Dr. Agnes Huang and her staff are wonderful! I went for a checkup at my neighborhood eye doctor and found out I had an issue that needed to be followed up with by a specialist. I was under a time constraint because my current insurance (which has great benefits) was about to expire and I didn’t want to deal with a new deductible etc. The MD I was referred to was full for over a month and I needed something in the next ten days! I searched the Internet and found Dr. Huang who had an appointment available three days later! I knew nothing about her and honestly wasn’t expecting much because of the random way I found her. I figured I could always see her once and then find someone else if I didn’t like her!
To my surprise my experience was GREAT! She and her office staff were very thorough. They talked me through everything they were doing and explained all the findings thoroughly. She had a pleasant bedside manner and was very informative about the condition for which I was being evaluated. She discussed the pros and cons of treatments we were considering and I thought it was good that she pointed out that all medications (even eye drops) can have side effects and it’s important to consider this in making a decision. In the end we agreed it was best for me to «wait and see» and be followed up by her regularly every six months to monitor the issue. I’ve made my follow up appointment and will be returning to Dr. Huang! It’s great when you find a doctor who is super nice, through, listens to you and is willing to answer all of your questions as well as seems to know what he or she is doing!
