So many good reviews, I saw a groupon, on there 91% recommended, so I thought it is real good. And the picture looked so yummy. Oh, well, many people must really really like sugar or must be I don’t know how to taste fudge. My first little bite, I only tasted sugar, sugar, sugar. It is so too sweet. Went home, look at the box, first 3 ingredients are sugar and sweets. It tasted like 90% sugar and 10% other things. Then why are people gave such high review of this place??? I don’t understand. I should have tell by the weight, one piece of it weights 0.5 lb, only sugar are they heavy. Chocolate are lighter in weight. This is so bad. Why do people want to pay $ 9.5 for 0.5 lb of sugar? I recommend you try a little before buying 3 pieces.

Taffy, fudge and ice cream… With a side of cotton candy! Delicious no matter what you order!

Fudge is fudge. It’s hard to «fudge» up fudge! I am not a huge chocolate fan, but I did enjoy the fudge here. I believe we had a coupon and got four different types. Grasshopper(Amazing!), Chocolate and PB(Not bad), Regular Chocolate(Just OK) Amaretto(Ehh, not my thing). Honestly I don’t like milk or dark chocolate so if they had more white chocolate I’d like that more. I’d come back with a coupon when I’m in Seattle again, but wouldn’t make a special trip there.

It was the only place at Bumbershoot this year that sold cotton candy. I needed my sugar cloud fix before Faith No More. Price was actually decent and the customer service is not bad. I had their strawberry fudge last year which was a good price.

Was here on vacation and it’s the best fudge I have ever had. This place was a bit out of my way on day 3 of my vacation but I had to make a trip back … Even bought more for my flight home! Definitely a must get kind of thing if you’re near the Seattle Center.

Great fudge. The Grasshopper is my favorite. Vanilla mint fudge with oreo cookie pieces. Creamy and melt in your mouth. Fudge from other candy establishments often leave a greasy, lard like after taste in your mouth. Not here, all flavors are great and taste homemade with real ingredients. Will never buy fudge anywhere else, it never compares. They ship too!

I bought a groupon here, and just tried the fudge today. It’s great! The dark chocolate, rocky road, and amaretto are amazing! A must try for people in the Seattle area!

I’ve loved Seattle Fudge since I was a kid. I remember coming to Seattle Center and seeing the slices of fudge sitting in the counter behind the glass and watching the taffy being pulled. This store reminds me of childhood. Since they remodeled and revamped the Center House the Seattle Fudge storefront has moved to a different corner of the building. It’s not right by the entrance anymore. Recently I went and picked up some fudge and it’s just as good as I remember. Penuche is my all time favorite. It’s perfectly creamy and sweet and I just love it. The women working were so helpful and friendly. They serve ice cream, too. I highly recommend Seattle Fudge for anyone who has a sweet tooth– tourists and locals. Love it!

We stopped by for the caramel pop corn. It’s really good. Friendly staffs. Price is high but understandable given the touristy location.

Yum Yum Yum! I purchased a Groupon deal & what a deal it was! $ 14 for 3 huge slices of fudge = 3 – 6 mix/match combos of melt in your mouth goodness! I sampled nearly every type they had & opted to purchase the grasshopper(white chocolate, mint & cookies/crème combo), rocky road(walnuts, marshmallow & classic fudge combo), & a ½ slice of dark chocolate ½ slice of regular fudge. ALL of them were fabulous! Seriously some of the best fudge I’ve ever had…& it freezes well too!

This review is on their new look. They remodeled their store. It’s still in the Armory at Seattle Center. But it looks so much better. The Taffy mechine is back out for the public to watch. And they have 4 Fudge making tables that are in clear sight. It’s fun to watch them make Fudge. And the best thing — they now have ice cream all year round. What?! Ice cream in the cold is so good… sometimes.

I went here today to redeem a Groupon Now deal that gave me $ 10 worth of fudge for $ 6. The girl that was working was sooo nice! I have not had such good customer service anywhere in a long time. She helped me get the perfect amount of fudge to get my $ 10 worth and she even threw in a couple pieces of delicious taffy! The almond toffee fudge is awesome. I would definitely recommend this place and I will be stopping in the next time I need my chocolate fix!

:D mmmmmm! fairly priced fudge, made simply and tastey. I’m in. Also saltwater taffy– I’m in love. I had not seen a Seattle Fudge in a few years so stumbling on this on at Seattle Center was a win for sure! We got a small(and totally not small enough) brick of fudge and a bag of taffy and sat down outside for awhile to enjoy them, a lot of sugar and a lot of goodness! I’d recommend a stop in, if you are going to be around the center or in Center House for any reason– do yourself a favor and act a bit like a kid in a candy store. :D

This is one of the longest running non-franchise food businesses in the Seattle Center — Center House that’ll be here longer than the SuperSonics. You can find them at many of the other fairs including The Puyallup Fair. This is food entertainment at the Seattle Center! They make the fudge on site and SALTWATERTAFFY. It is entertaining to watch the taffy machine pull the taffy; get drunk across the way and then sit down at a table and watch the taffy machine go round and round. They have hand-dipped ice cream, cotton candy, and popcorn. They just added a new soft yogurt machine. The staff is very friendly and is comprised of mostly college kids. We gave little boxes of Seattle Fudge and taffy away as wedding favors for our guests. My favorite flavor is «grasshopper»(mint).

So this is the place to get all sugared up before you head out of the Center house. This place has been around for ages and produces some damn fine tasty fudge. Actually, my personal fav is the cotton candy! The true secret is to get there early while they are still making the cotton candy up fresh! This way you get a bigger cone and you can watch with amazement on how to make sugar even more better than just sucking down sugar packets with a cup of water as a chaser…

Long ago I had a roommate who worked here and used to bring home huge bags of leftovers and remainders. I’ve loved their fudge ever since. Big pieces(well, big considering it’s fudge and a little goes a long way) handcut and irregular in shape, the way it should be. My favorites are chocolate peanut butter and chocolate amaretto. YUM!
