Ms. Elizabeth gave this business one star, because she did not get her FREE estimate. (she did not even PAY for the service).
1. on the phone, she did not mention that the parts she brought them in were AFTERMARKET parts, and the shop had not deal with the ONLINE AFTERMARKET parts company she bought it from before, we were not sure how good the fit and everything. We told her that we were not comfortable with the parts she brought, also HER BMW was on the older side, (BMW 1989 – 1992?) we were not sure if we could get the parts (some parts might be hard to get) if we need more parts for her car (her car had a front end hit, there were many parts underneath… just for the front bumper.
I kindly asked her that we could not give her an estimate because there were too many variance, we were not comfortable to give her an estimate. maybe she should check out other shops that specialized at older BMWs, she stump out the door, and left a bad review on this business.

Super poor customer service
I had told them I had parts for my bumper to add to the body work repairs and they made an appointment for a estimate. When I arrived in the pouring rain, she inspected the car and refused to give me an estimate. I can only figure because the job was too small and they wouldn’t get the cut off the parts. They should have said that before I bothered going over. Not good

This is an island of truly conscious behavior (amidst criminal insurance companies and their compromised adjusters).
If you use them, please be on your best behavior. They deserve it, because they give YOU… THEIR best behavior!

This place is the best. Totally down to earth. They were there for me when a sixteen year old pulled out in front if me.

I just had Seatown Auto/​H & I Auto (not sure which name is current), fix some damage that was done to my classic 1967 Mustang convertible. Paul and Yuchu are wonderfully and incredibly friendly. It was like working with a small-​town shop but very competent. Paul knows his repair products and has great experience. The person who hit me (a high-​end BMW) also had Seatown do his repair. Plus, they worked with the insurance company to make sure all the damage was covered. They quickly emailed me updates and PDF’s of updated estimates. Excellent and very highly recommended!

My son is attending graduate school in Seattle and has encountered a rash of bad luck with the car that I loaned to him. Several months ago, someone rear-​ended him which required that the bumper be repainted. Paul worked closely with the !%#*!) insurance adjuster and made the process easy. The quality of work was excellent and the service level was outstanding. Last week, some idiot scraped up the side of the our car when they ran into it when it was parked on the curb. Again, Paul made quick work out of if and fixed the problem without any issues. This is as good as it gets. Highly recommended.

not dark. not dirty. not greasy. not your typical auto body shop. seatown has worked on a number of my vehicles for complete custom work i.e. complete paint jobs and bodykit installation/​fitment. no better place for attention to detail and better-​than-​stock craftsmanship.

I have had SeaTown do two of my cars so far. The amazing thing is that you simply can not find a paint line, anywhere! He does work on quite a number of collector cars, however, my two have been an older BMW 5 and an Audi… Nothing special. I am delighted with the workmanship and level of detail!

I was referred here via a friend. The owner, Paul Yoshihara, was very friendly, courteous, & kept me up-​to-​date on the status of the car & dealt with our insurance company State Farm. Our 2002 VW Jetta 1.8T was among a Ferrari P4, BMW 3.0 CSI & other european cars being repaired. He was doing a lot of restoration work for car collectors & CarTender in Capitol Hill has recommended him. Car collectors are the most difficult ones to work with so I felt confident our plain-​jane Jetta would be easy work.
Our car had front-​end damage & needed a new hood, bumper/​grill, fender & headlights. I was able to bring in different headlights with foglights and the european headlight switch which Paul was able to add with a factory finish. You can’t tell the car was painted or ever in a fender-​bender.
