Friendly staff and a better beer selection than the 7 – 11 across the street. Forget all those parking reviews. that’s old stuff and I haven’t seen that stuff occur here recently.

Stay away from this place! Super-​inflated prices, decent at best selection, and absolutely some of the worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Do yourself a favor and walk across the street to 7 – 11. The owner is so unbelievably rude… Will never shop here again.

Dude just kicked me out of my parking spot as soon as I finished spending $ 15 in his store because my wife is next door buying a Zippys burger. I don’t know what problems he has with Zippys, but that isn’t my problem … I wouldn’t have even spent money @ his place without Zippys. Also it’s a Sunday afternoon, plenty of parking spaces are free now. I agree with the other reviewer and will choose 7 – 11 across the street from now on, which is sad since I’d rather support a small mom and pop, just not one that takes a petty feud with another mom and pop neighbor out on me!

Great staff, owner is a total beer lover and has stocked this little neighborhood store with some of the best beers around. Great snacks and candy for the kids. Only issue — they are a little feisty and quick to tow you if they see you go over to Zippy’s and are parked in one of their designated parking spots. I personally think they are overreacting, and I’m sure they are benefiting from the popularity of Zippy’s. Come on Sea Mart. can’t we all just get along? Way better than the 7 – 11 across the street. Oh get a RedBox — pretty please.

The folks here are nice and you must check the fine beer selection! They have dozens of local and other excellent craft beers available individually for those who want to add to their flavor repertoire.

Instead of starting off creating ill will, by towing peoples cars, maybe you could look at it like Zippy Burger is bringing you twice the business. But it’s not my call so I will always walk across the street to 7 – 11 rather than buy anything from you. Thing is I always side with the independent stores rather than the large chain… but not this time. Towing people in this part of town is stupid.

Nice little convenience store. Has a decent well priced wine selection for a convince store.
