Sims is known by his colleagues and clients as an aggressive trial attorney who has litigated a wide variety of claims in state and federal courts, including those involving professional negligence, catastrophic injury, nursing home abuse, product liability, and more. He is at the forefront of the legal field and frequently writes and lectures on trial practice and legal ethics. Sims has cutting-​edge knowledge of the law and innovative ways to protect his clients. He works closely with each client to understand their needs and advocate on their behalf. Sims is currently an adjunct faculty member at UW Law School.
