*Our Performance Program is the best way for students to get the full School of Rock experience. It includes private lessons on guitar, bass, drums, piano/​keys or vocals and weekly band rehearsals to prepare students for live shows at real rock venues. The authentic on-​stage experience teaches more than musicianship — kids gain outstanding teamwork skills and confidence while having fun with their friends. *

*School of Rock offers programs for preschoolers, kids, teens and adults of all skill levels. Kids just beginning their musical journey can participate in our Rookies, Rock 101 or Lessons+ programs to get a feel for their chosen instrument, the dynamics of group performance and fundamentals of music theory in preparation for our Performance Program. Top students can also audition for our prestigious AllStars program to experience a real concert tour.*

*As experienced professional musicians, our instructors not only provide guidance on the finer points of musicianship, but also educate kids on what it takes to put on a great live show. Meet the Manager

Phil G.

Manager

Phil has been a School of Rock staff member since 2008. His guitar playing has stretched from filling in with local bands at venues like The Triple Door and The Showbox to touring the Pacific Northwest and British Columbia with Argentenian tango singer and actress Ruth De Vicenzo. His most recent original work was with the Gypsy Jazz Quintet Hochiwichi.
