I went in this place several times. These people do not greet you or care if they have your business. I talked with Amy on the phone, she was the most arrogant salesperson I’ve known. After telling me that it would take her 14 days just to give me an estimate, she said,“you can see why since you have been in here many times and I am always busy”. She speaks really fast and when I asked her about something I did not understand, she told me to email her since the information I was giving her was «wrong». I don’t understand these good reviews. It also could mean that Amy is giving herself good reviews. I never went as far as giving this place my business because they just don’t deserve it.

We feel so lucky to have found Amy and Sayuan. After visiting several other options in that area, we stopped at Sanyuan, expecting indifference and challenge (like the others). we were DELIGHTED to have a very different experience. Easy to shop, great advice, offered a rendering which made it so simply, quite a good experience. And so timely! Just a great choice. Made the entire experience so much better than other options, result is excellent, well priced and well done. Thank you.

We recently had an investment house and needed granite counter tops. First I got bids from several places with my layout and Sanyuan had the best price. Went in to the showroom, which is very nice. Dealt with Amy who is very good at what she does. Scheduled installation. The communication was excellent with the installers who ended up getting held up a bit on the job previous to ours. They did a great job, seams look super and they were very polite. So happy I found this company, will use them again!

Great prices, good quality cabinets, and great service. I’ve done several kitchen remodels and have typically used another cabinet store up the street. The other store’s quality and service have gotten worse over the years so I decided to try Sanyuan for my most recent kitchen remodel. What a difference! Amy, the manager, is always super responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. Cabinets were delivered on time, no issues, and installed according to schedule. The quality of the cabinets are better than other stock chinese cabinets you will find in the area and the service made all the difference. Yes they are more expensive than the other store up the street but you get what you pay for. I’m sure Sanyuan’s prices will beat any big box store or local cabinet shop. Overall Sanyuan is a great value with impeccable customer service.

This is a fantastic business. Amy is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and responsive. We needed to redo the kitchen in our first home, and Amy assisted in every step of the process and was very flexible with any modifications. This being our first remodel, we had to do quite a bit of trial and error. She was so patient.
The cabinet installers were friendly and efficient and did a beautiful job. And the quality of the cabinets is wonderful. We couldn’t be happier.

We were ready to remodel our kitchen-​new cabinets and countertop and were not sure where to start-​the few estimates I got were too high so we checked out reviews and I went to Sanjuan and met Amy-​we are very happy with our decision to go with them. The price was reasonable and Amy was great-​she made revisions when I wanted some changes and was always very quick to respond to my questions.
They came and did the demolition one afternoon and then the installers did the job all in one long day and left us with a beautiful kitchen! We love the granite countertops and the Mahogany maple cabinets!

I have tried other granite and cabinet companies in the past but Sanyuan Cabinets & Granite is the only company I will use. They are very competitive in their pricing but most importantly they pre measure and pre-​cut everything in advance. The installers are very professional, thorough, and tidy.
I remodel ten kitchens and bathrooms each year and Amy at Sanyuan is the only person I’ll use. She is very knowledgeable, well organized and gets the job done!

Great help from Amy. She is very knowledgeable about granites. I got 6 bids from different sources and this place came in the lowest… by as much as $ 3000. I am very happy with my kitchen countertops.
So why 3 stars??? When the installers came to my house, the drove their big truck on my lawn :) i have a 20 feet long by a foot deep on my lawn now… awesome!
So make sure to tell them to keep off your grass.

I received GREAT service from a lady here today. She was really helpful, quick and got me a quote fast. Asked me about what I wanted and need and have several options, only downfall is that there wasnt much selection of granite, quarts or other types of counters. I say this because I saw A LOT more in the other granite counter stores nearby. But I give this place 4 stars because of how great I got service for a quote and how professional she was! Definitely recommend this place if you want to work with someone right away, because I know nearby ones can be so busy it can be hard to get an appointment somewhere else. BTW the quote she gave me was really good, I thought it was a fair amount and great customer value behind it!

San Yuan’s customer service was exceptional. We were in Seattle looking to get quotes for our new kitchen remodel but many companies turned us away because our budget was too low or we didn’t have accurate measurements of our kitchen for a quote. San Yuan greeted us in the beginning, made us feeling welcome, and gave us an overall idea of design, price range, and budgets, no problem. They worked with us each step of the way, explaining in detail every aspect. Transparent and helpful, since this was our first time, they designed with us to have our kitchen fit our needs, offered quality advise, installers came in right away, and we have a brand new kitchen in a day! They are always just a phone call away, and made our kitchen remodel a breeze. So happy we found them! Great quality, lots to choose from, and very affordable.

We ordered beautiful cabinets from Maggie at Sanyuan in SODO. They are gorgeous, solid quality, and I couldn’t be happier. We have a huge new kitchen and were able to afford the remodel due to the deal that Maggie gave us. Maggie also worked with me on the design layout, she made sure everything was correctly aligned, ordered, etc. The entire process was simple and they put all the cabinets together for us. Maggie was very helpful and was easy to work with. Thank you so much, Maggie!!!
