SaintMartin & Co. specializes in specialty foods. We run extraordinary private dinners. We have a line of unique hot sauces, spices and ketchups. We sell make-it-yourself pudding packs, where you create an alcoholic version of your favorite dessert. We also package box lunches available at local retailers and through various delivery methods.
History
Established in 2013.
The business started as an idea between a bartender and his friend. The bartender «Saint», wants to change your dining experience and has the creativity to accomplish it. Saint’s friend Eric provided the means to start the company and Saint contacted another acquaintance, AJ, to run company operations.
The company was started in February and now has the tools in place to provide our products to retailers for you to experience. Retail is not the only way to experience our style. We also run private dinners at various venues. These dinners combine one-of-a-kind courses with an eccentric atmosphere. This production from our team is another way we can change your dining experience.
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
Eric (aka. Saint) is the backbone of the business with years of experience in food and barservice. Saint is our chief recipe designer and has spent more than a decade experimenting and creating unique and delicious meals, spices, ketchups and other food products. Saint is kindhearted and a professional with customer service. His entire goal with the business is for you to experience our products and finish with a smile on your face having tried something new.
Saint is not alone in the business though. His partner AJ is a veteran chef and food consultant with 18 years of experience. AJ has a history of finding food service solutions and taking new food and beverage products to market AJ provides operations management on behalf of Saint and handles all day-to-day tasks, negotiations and product placement. This allows Saint the time to play in the kitchen and curtail your future dining exposure.
