History

Established in 1992.

I started my practice as a mental health counselor and a year later added massage therapy as I am interested in the body mind paradigm of healing. I would hear clients say they wanted an integrative approach that combined talk and touch therapies.

Although I had to acquire these therapies separately in my own healing journey I am happy to offer this mind/​body integration to my clients now.

Over the years I have had the opportunity to work with clients from birth to over 100 years of age and issues that include mood disorders, dissociative issues, car accident injuries to include concussions and TBI, post op issues, and so much more.

I am a solo practitioner and I work Mon. afternoons through Friday afternoon by appointment only.
