My dad went here for many years and my husband has been going for he last 30+ years. This is a family business and they’ve been in this location forever. Every time I need a part I go here because of the Nordstrom Ike service and low prices. Never busy either! Oh yeah, if you buy wipers they instalI for you for free.

These guys are great. Helpful and friendly. Good prices too.

I called half a dozen stores pricing out my clutch kit. Roxbury had the best price and it wasn’t some off-​brand either. Plus, they were very informative and helpful when we came to pick it up.

Extremely kind and happy employees (owners?) when I went in looking for a headlight bulb for my Saab. The nice gentleman replaced my dead bulb with the new one, and I only paid the price of the bulb. Much faster and easier than I had anticipated. Also supporting local always feels better!

I discovered this place while living in West Seattle, and even though I now live in Capitol Hill, I’m happy to make the trip down south to patronize them when I need something for my car. Nice people, great service, exactly the kind of business I’ll go far out of my way to support.

These people are so great for a non-​car person like me.
In my neighborhood, every time I’ve gone in for belts, headlamps, or wiper blades, they’ve always replaced them for me at no extra charge, and I’ve appreciate their advice on where to take my car for the couple times I’ve needed something more than just «parts».
This place reminds me of the way we used to have SERVICE in our country!

We woke up to a dead car this morning and all signs pointed to a dead battery. We needed something local. The service at Roxbury auto supply was amazing! They had our battery in stock and even changed it out for us all the while being extremely friendly. This was not a fun way to wake up but this place made it better for sure.

I was headed home from West Seattle and the oil light came on. Here is an embarrassing fact: I have never had to change oil, or add it or whatever, someone else always did: first my dad and then my husband, god, I sound like a throw back to the ‘50s! Anyway, the people at Safeway told me to go to Roxbury, and a luck thing, I thought you had to pour the oil in the little tiny hole that the dip stick goes in! The owners knew what type of oil, showed me how then gave me car care tips. They are knowledgeable, locally owned and independent, I told my husband that ‘s his new car store.

The good people at Roxbury helped me out a lot yesterday! After being pulled over for an expired tab (which is what I was in my way to take care of) my battery died from the hazard blinkers (the battery was from 06 so it was on its way out) right where I was pulled over. A few phone calls looking for the best deal sent me on my way to the auto supply shop on Roxbury St. The staff there were very friendly and had me on my way with a new battery in no time flat. Thank you so much!

These guys are friendly, super-​helpful, locally owned – plus their prices are cheap! I’ve been in there 5 or 6 times and am always impressed by the folks there. Also, the sign is awesome.
Seriously, don’t go to O’Reilly or whatever.

Do you believe that time travel is possible? If you go to Roxbury, it’s like stepping into a kinder gentler yesteryear when people at the retail stores knew something about what they sell! At Roxbury Auto, you can bring in for show and tell some brake part or light bulb and they patiently work with you to help you identify the issue. I dare say the guys at Roxbury have helped me take on some do it yourself projects that I probably shouldn’t have done myself and they came out great.
Oh, and talk about reasonable prices? Really good prices here.

I don’t buy a lot of auto parts, but when I do, this is the only place I go. The employees at this place are outstanding! They really know their stuff, they are friendly, the service is personal and quick, AND they install wiper blades and headlights for free, right on the spot. If they do all this for someone like me, who they only see once in a blue moon, I can only imagine how they are with regular customers! Prices are good, too.

So great! I needed new windshield wipers and a headlight. Ron immediately greeted me when I walked in and replaced my headlight and windshield wipers while I paid. I was in and out in less than five minutes. He also gave me advice on how to clean my headlights and didn’t try to sell or upsell me on anything!
I will definitely go here for ALL of my auto parts needs!

My family has been coming to this store for years. The owners and the staff are always so helpful and honest. Truly, they are very nice people. Plus they have that cute shop cat, «Swifty.» They really try to help people figure out whats wrong with their cars. Even if it doesn’t require a part. I always get excellent advice. They have installed many wiper blades for us and they have even came out and changed a battery on my car. It’s hard to find businesses that really take the time to help you.

My go to auto parts store despite living about 20 miles away. Stellar customer service. They have been open on some holidays and saved my butt.

I’ve lived in West Seattle for some years but hadn’t heard of this auto parts shop until this morning. I called in search of a part I’ve had difficulty obtaining and the woman who answered the phone immediately referred me to Auto Sports Imports near SeaTac Airport for the part. I called Auto Sports Imports and they were able to get some of the parts today and the other tomorrow morning ready for an 8 a.m. pickup. WOW! Roxbury Complete Auto Supply saved me a bunch of headache and has earned my business and referrals. None of the MANY other auto parts shops I’ve spoke with about the part I needed offered me a referral who could help me even though the referral meant a specialty purchase from another parts shop. Three cheers to Roxbury for their grand customer service.

For a local, owner operated auto parts store, they are not too helpful or knowledgeable, Poor selection of chemicals and filters. The Napa in Rat City or Car Quest in West Sea are better choices, and they are locally owned too.
