(Little History) Who we are and what’s in a Name-​I started out with one of the big 3 here in Seattle, which was nice but not great I needed more for less.

I needed a solid foundation for myself my, owners and their tenants. So, I rehabbed my selling (house) by condenses my name to initials, it was not about me anymore, which was Richard Dean. With luck, opportunity & persistence I built a foundation for R.D. House. Today the RD initials enumerate several different pillars of innovation that holds our company strong. Many see different things when they see our sign’s-what-so-ever you my see it may be RED, Road, or RD it all means lucky, protective, resources
