RAB Property Management

Rich managed a duplex for me for about six years (until we sold it in 2012). Rich did an excellent job of leasing it, keeping the tenants happy and efficiently managing the maintenance.

We have had the pleasant experience of working with Richard Bieker and RAB Property Management since my Mother moved closer to us in 2006. We own and manage rental property but we are 675 miles away from her home and we needed someone who ‘cared’ about the property, not just ‘managed’ it. Richard is that type of person. He takes a personal interest in the property, does as much as he can himself and uses only tried-​and-​true help. This has not only proved extremely efficient, but has kept down the costs. He is even good at recommending upgrades that will make the property more desirable to new clients. Though my Mother has since passed away, one of the reasons we have decided to keep the property is because it is being well maintained and managed. All in all, we highly recommend Richard Bieker and RAB Property Management.
