Established in 1989.

We are a family owned and operated full service glass company. We have been servicing the greater Seattle area since 1989. Our auto glass installers are certified with years of experience installing glass on all makes and models, including older and more custom auto glass work. Our employees are also proud members of the Glaziers and Glassworkers Local Union 188.

We are also a full service residential and commercial glass shop. Our flat glass installers can tackle any project, large or small — from glass tabletops to commercial storefront, Professional Glass handles all your glass needs.

These guys are the best! They recently did a great job helping me replace a piece of defective glass. They don’t make up answers or excuses and you never feel brushed off as they always take the time to talk to you or explain things. I know customer service can be very difficult so I appreciated their efforts to look out for me.

Great prompt service! I got a quote via Unilocal,came in on a Saturday morning, and they repaired the rock chip on my windshield and I was out of there within 45 minutes! The owner was so kind and helpful — my mouth was numb from dental work so I couldn’t talk much, but he was helpful and did most of the talking with my insurance company to accommodate my needs that day. Thanks for the great service!

The worst. When preparing the bid their where sloppy and not very thorough in understanding the job. Then when the bid came in it was two times the price he said it would cost. He just waisted my time.
Every other bud I got was ½ the price and where more professional then these.
Do your self a favor, go anywhere else.

they are professional, nice and GOOD. I had a broken sunroof window on my 2001 SUbaru wagon. Once they got into it, it was clear my automatic sunroof mechanism wasn’t working. Some might have just refused to help me (which would have been awful since I would have to still be driving around with plastic taped to my roof in the rain). But they didn’t give up and were able to replace it despite the complication and didn’t take advantage of me by charging me more. I highly recommend.

Came here on a referral from a random auto-​body shop that outsourced their glass work here. Someone smashed a window while I was parked somewhere a bit dodgy. One of their suppliers had it in stock and everything was repaired about twelve hours after the incident.
They are nice and professional.

Had a windshield crack on my Acura and the dealership recommended them and they had great reviews on Unilocal.So decided to go here to get my glass replaced. Months later I ended up getting another crack on my windshield but ended up going with another auto glass company that was closer to my home. They started to remove the molding trim around the windshield and noticed all the molding clips were broken and they have used glue to put it back in place hoping I Would never find out. I wished I was told up front about this because it’s not hard to order new parts to do the job right.
I’m curious to how many short cuts they have done to others upon finding this out. Just because it looks good on the car doesn’t mean it was done right from Professional Auto Glass. That is one caution I would tell everyone. If you decide to do business with them than make sure you ask for new clips and moldings installed. If you don’t than the chances of them doing what they did to me is no different. This is my first Unilocal review and hate for it to be a bad one. I just hate to see any other customer get screwed by them without knowing what they do.

Fabulous service! I recently had my window completely shattered when they broke into my car and went into Professional Glass for repairs. Chuck and Jim were incredibly friendly! They managed to get me an appt the day after I called and finished with my vehicle in no more than an hour. I highly recommend this business for anyone seeking glass repair.

My car window was smashed outside of a young thug concert on a Friday, and I was planning on taking a road trip on Sunday. Jim got me in, got a new window delivered and came in on Saturday despite being closed so that I could have my car for my road trip on Sunday. THANK YOU! Awesome service

These guys were a welcome relief after having my car broken into and purse stolen at work the day before. They finished the job so quickly and seamlessly! On top of that my new debit card had not been properly connected to my bank account by the banker and when Professional Glass didn’t get their money immediately they were both gracious and understanding. Grade A in all respects. And the price out the door was exactly as it was quoted over the phone.

Fantastic service and work! I needed my passenger window fixed ASAP as the glass was broken (long story), since I use my car for work I needed it fixed right away. Jim and his team are always super friendly, work fast and appreciate their customers! I have used them in the past for a chipped windshield and also received fabulous service! Some of the best customer service I have ever had. They fixed a mess another shop had made and worked with the warranty company to make sure my problem was resolved. The work was very quick on top of everything. I wish they fixed everything that could break on my car!

All I needed was a 12×18″ piece of glass for a small table top. The folks at Professional Glass were SO quick and, well, professional :-) about it! They promised a three day turn around, and had it ready for me instead the next afternoon. I would easily use them again should I need glass!

This place lives up to their 5 star rating.
My window was vandalized in Spokane. I drove back in the evening to lower the risk of getting pulled over. Made it home sucessfully!
I called Professional Glass for a quote, fearing I’d be spending $ 500+ but the quote was significantly lower than that, and that included a windshield that was better than my original windshield (blue strip at the top for reducing sunlight in eyes) and ended up being slightly lower than the estimate!
I’m glad the best brake shop and the best window shop in town are right next to each other, it’s a shame there aren’t more specialty shops like these around!

We had our car broken into and I was in panic mode. Professional Auto glass was very friendly and was able to fit us in on short notice with a very small window of time.
When my boyfriend arrived he told me the lady who helped expedite the service was extremely helpful and caring.
I will definitely use them in the future!
