I worked with Jodi at Pro Benefits for the first time this April when my company was forced to find a new health insurance plan. We only had a few days to make sure we could find a plan and sign everyone up so there would be no lapse in coverage. Not only did Jodi manage it, she ended up saving us money and finding a better plan to boot, all in about a 3 day period. She came to our site to walk us through the available options, and then again to roll the new plan out to our employees. Jodi is awesome!

Can’t say enough good things about these folks. We were at the end of our rope trying to negotiate the current health insurance debacle. Had gone on the WA Healthplan Finder and bought a plan that was not working for us. After much frustration, we walked in here and Katie had us set up with a new policy (not offered on the exchange) that we can actually use, for only a tiny bit more than we were paying for the lousy one. She guided us through the process in record time, and we walked out of there in about 40 minutes with our stupid old policy cancelled and our new one in place. The follow-​up afterwards was also excellent. These folks really are pros! Highly recommended.

I was switching jobs and needed temporary medical insurance to cover an ongoing condition, but was really concerned about the cost to pay out of pocket. Sam was so helpful and really listened to what my concerns were, she found a plan that covered exactly what I needed in my price range, it seemed almost too good to be true. There were no hidden costs and I was able to easily cancel the plan when my new insurance kicked in, no troubles at all! She also had really good advice on how I could save on my prescriptions, I felt like she genuinely cared. I am so glad I had Sam’s help and will definitely work with her again!

I recently went through some pretty difficult times health wise. Samantha and Jodi were literal god-​sends! Not only do they provide amazing health insurance for my company, they also followed up personally to see how I was recovering. I think they even offered to bring me soup… Wow. You don’t see that very often.
First night in the Hospital $ 40K, facial reconstruction surgery $TBD, one more stay in the hospital $TBD. Having Pro Benefits on my side through it all… Priceless.

I run a technology company and we recently added health insurance coverage to our employee benefits. I shopped around and found Jodi at Pro Benefits. She was very helpful, explained the labyrinth and mind numbing world of group health insurance in a simple way that made sense.
As we’ve hired more people, she has been there to sit down with them and explain everything they need to know about coverage. It’s like having our own HR department and it’s saved me hours of time having to learn the ins and outs of medical coverage.

Jodi is amazing. My wife and I have our own small business and went without insurance for years, but when we found out we had a baby on the way we decided it was pretty important! I’m so glad we connected with Jodi at Pro Benefits. She spent hours and hours (and hours, I’m sure) finding the perfect plan that covered not just us but our little one as well.
Insurance is confusing, and that’s where Jodi especially shines. We had a lot (A LOT) of questions not just in selecting a plan, but about what it covered as our bills came in, and any time we had a question, she responded instantaneously. Awesome!
