Premiere On Pine

We decided to move downtown after living on the out skirts due to cheaper rent. So anyways we did a 90 day hold so we could actually stop by several times and ask questions and kinda scope out the place to see if it was for us. Well the big day came and we moved in. Yes we were excited for the convience of living downtown and easy access to the highway for work and transportation.
Now for the review. Well just like every apartment living anyone who ever expericence will know what I am getting too. Lol. We love the amenties for the most part when you actually can get to use them due to we do have jobs and we must work to pay this rent lol… Anyways view is ok but to be completely honest we really could careless about, but now we were told the floors were have 12ft of concrete between them? Hmmmm ok well this will be nice so when you get home form work peace and quiet right? Lol not really somehow that 12ft concrete doesn’t work very well with your neighbors who think they are the only ones living in the entire building. They are loud they drop anything and everything on the floor at all hours of the day and sometimes at night. They also are stumping on purpose when they walk due to us complaining to the office several times due to the noise complaints. Hmmm it comes and goes just depends what age these young adults what to act like this day lol… Now do not get me wrong you are going to hear certain noises once in a while, but you can tell when people do it on purpose. Anyways after three weeks of complaining to the office and the managment they are going to sit these immature young adults down and probably give them what? A time out maybe Lol… Really to be honest when you read and a sign a lease several times in the lease specifies noise complaints and how they are to be handled and a sit down is Not one of them, now don’t get me wrong the office has for the most part has been wonderful except for just one employee who I will not mention who really needs to learn how to approach anyone with manners and with a better atitiude meaning if you work in customer service then act like at least you care especially if these people are paying to live here and not you paying them. Anyways let me get back to the review we like living here and yes it’s an apartment just like other apartments I am not going to sugar coat it and make it sound sweet, but to state the truth and you can decide for yourself period. It’s a lot of young adults Lol which at my age I call kids because they pretty much act like they are meaning smart phones no manners etc… Now there are a lot of great people who live here young and old and yes in-​between lol so for you haters you can stop now. We will see what happens hopefully these neighbor’s can finally grow up and realize there are other people who actually are living here and not them and the office will actually after enough complaints will either say start going by the lease you and others have signed or finally start seeing ok maybe these people are just not right for the Premier period? Only time will tell and please do understand this is my experience not the experience or the opinions of others as I keep All my reviews Real! I will Only tell the Truth and not say something that is a flat out Lie Period… Well to be honest we are not planning on moving anytime soon as if we will let someone or anyone get to us because they wanna act like children well hey not today. One day people will realize that they themselves will have to grow up sooner or later Hmmm I would hope sooner than later lol… For the staff I give an A+ rating for most of them, but not all of them… some really need to learn some manners and then I might change this part of the review. for the amenities yes they are nice and we enjoy them, you should also too no matter where you live because believe it or not you are paying for them… maintenance problem’s none the maintenance guys are fast and very courteous. Like I said just for some of the ridiciulous people who act like children and who likes to make a lot of noise to bother others this place is actually a good place to live. Lol until the next big thing comes which hey it’s Seattle and they way they are popping out new buildings and rentals like rain so that could be tomorrow. I went here for a friend’s housewarming party and we went on the rooftop on what seems like the last nice day of Summer. It was a beautiful view, very decadent.

I have been at this apartment for 2 weeks. I can say that the Staff is very responsive to my feedback. What sets this place apart is how well the Staff manages the day to day issues that always arise when people start living next to one another. The high quality Amenities are very well maintained.

I moved in June 2015 all the way from the east coast. I was looking for an apartment online, and came across Première on Pine. It’s a new construction, so everything is brand new. The finishes are excellent and you can notice the attention to the little details that this management makes for its residents.
The apartment itself is well thought out with some nice touches like space saving sliding doors, open kitchen floor plan (as opposed to a galley kitchen many other Seattle apartments had), and the vinyl flooring is surprisingly nice. Maintenance even customized my closet to my liking and added some rods and shelves for free! The amenities are wonderful (though the gym could use some additional essentials like a squat rack). There’s also a business center with a printer (no shredder or scanner though), plenty of public spaces both indoors and outdoors to lounge about, a great theatre, a concierge, conference rooms, pool/​shuffleboard, etc etc… It’s like living in a nice hotel!
I worked with Sydney Holt and she was wonderful in getting me set up. I did my apartment hunt purely online from across the country and she helped me «tour» apartments by taking plenty of photos of several units. Everything was so fluid from the time I was interested, to the time I signed the lease online, all the way to the day I moved in. I flew in pretty late, but once I arrived, the doorman was already expecting me and got me settled in (and even helped me with some baggage and boxes!). My cross country move could not have gone any smoother, and am glad to call Première my new home.

My husband and I owned homes for 20 years, so we had truly no idea what to expect when we sold our home in the bay area and moved to Seattle a month ago to live in an apartment.
We absolutely LOVE living at Première on Pine! The building is exquisite, the finishes in our apartment are divine, and the management and staff are extremely professional and knowledgeable.
Of course there have been little hiccups, but the difference is, here they have been handled quickly and painlessly. Nothing’s ever perfect, so how things are resolved is what sets PonP apart.
We adore our new apartment home — it’s in a fantastic location close to downtown and Capitol Hill — just about everything is right outside our door within walking distance. The service and amenities make it feel like we’re living in a hotel!

Fantastic place to live. Luba was the sales assosciate helping me and she was amazing. I believe, one of the other reviewers Jeff pretty much summed up how professional Luba’s service was. I have nothing but only good things to say about how well I’ve been treated since the first time I tried to check this place out.

My partner and I just moved in here this last weekend and we could not be any happier.
The whole experience has been nothing but perfect.
When we originally came to tour the building we did not have any true desire to move, but our leasing agent Sydney was so great that we decided to break both of our leases and move into the Première.
If you are interested in touring this building I would highly recommend touring with Sydney. She is professional, funny, accommodating, and extremely friendly. She really went above and beyond for my partner and I. She happily showed us 13 different apartments to make sure we were picking the one that we liked best. And even after all of that she re-​toured us a few more times days later to once again make sure we were 100% confident with our decision. She never made it feel like we were «wasting her time» which was extremely refreshing.
Every single person on the staff is fantastic! The amenity space is top notch and the units are laid out well and have great views.
The other tenants I have met so far seem to all be great and friendly.
My partner and I are not regretting breaking both of our leases at all and we are already feeling like Première is our home.

Fantastic place, première in the name definitely describes it. The reason for my review is the stellar service I received from the sales associate Luba. From the initial contact via email, to the in person visit and even the follow-​up, Luba’s professionalism has come through very clearly and consistently.
During my hunt to try and find the right place to live I have visited over 20 apartment communities and I can say with confidence that she is far and away the sharpest most «on their game» associate I have encountered. She was fast in responding to my emails and she actually read them and answered my questions directly. This was extremely important to me as I travel quite a bit and only have weekends to look for a place to live so I need to make every minute count.
In person she was courteous, professional, friendly and very informative. She has exceptional knowledge of her apartment community and the competition. She was sure and direct in answering questions and engaged in asking good questions as well. This was an excellent customer service experience and Première on Pine is fortunate to have someone like Luba representing them in the best possible light. Luba is definitely an asset and any organization would be lucky to have her on their team.

I went in for an unscheduled property tour on Saturday and was greeted by the warm doormen who control access to the building. I was brought up to the 6^th floor where Matthew introduced himself as the leasing agent at Première on Pine. From the outset, the experience was an amazing one: Matthew asked my Wife and I questions that helped narrow down the range of units he would proceed to show us (unit size, view/​terrace preference, price-​range).
We started our tour with a viewing of the gym area where new fitness equipment (TR-​X included) ranging from treadmills to weights, a cold-​towel fridge, and space for a large TV screen that can be used to play fitness videos. We then walked over to the dog-​lounge that’ll satisfy the energy-​output of the most adventurous of our furry friends. Our unit tour began with boarding one of the six high-​speed elevators (ground floor to 40^th floor in 30 seconds) where we were whisked away to the 23^rd floor.
The first thing most apparent with the units is the attention to detail paid to space-​design; the units we toured all had a large-​window layout where the light draws you into the home as soon as you open the door. The kitchen layouts we saw tended to be straddled to the side of the room that paralleled the living area of the other wall — this proves to be a better design decision than the current trend of putting kitchens into a narrow hallway where it becomes an inaccessible nightmare (when you use the oven) and fails to inspire the cook within to stay around in the cramped space.
The gorgeous finishes from the cabinets in the kitchen that have height-​customizable shelving, to the LED lights that light up the counter space, the AC that is in the whole building and the dishwasher that looks just like all the other cabinet doors — the space is one to fall in love with. The bathroom is a remarkable part of the unit: from the light that goes all-​around the mirror to the bathtub that is surrounded by dark palette — the bathroom feels pristine and beautifully-​lit.
Even more enjoyable than the space was being helped by Matthew, from the variety of answers he knew to the desire to help us find the hidden «treasure» units and the keen-​sense where he knew to stay back and let us wander around the unit talking to each other and taking it all in with no hint of rushing us. We fell in love with one of the units and finished our tour as giddy as Christmas morning — we spent the next couple hours recounting our experience and decided on Première on Pine as our home. We reserved the unit we fell in love with online and returned the following day to start the leasing process and take a second-​look at the unit; still in love.
The best part? With a place this well-​designed and built, there’s bound to be small considerations that are barely noticeable at first, but make a large difference to the comfort, style and experience of living here. There are amenities and features I’ve left out of this review that I’ll let the pleasure of discovering delight you.
