I had SUCH a positive experience! My car was filthy… not just a little dirty, but like… things probably living underneath the seats filthy… Jose was incredibly thorough, and meticulous, and got it looking SO much better than I could’ve imagined in the time he had with it! His price was beyond fair, and he was incredibly kind, honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I can’t recommend him enough, and will definitely, definitely be back!

I purchased two Living Social deals for Precision Auto Salon, and was very pleased with the results. Here’s my experience:
Jose and I spoke on the phone to schedule appointments for my and my husband’s cars. Since we live slightly out of his service area (we’re in Ballard), he informed me that there would be a small milage charge. It was small enough (less than $ 10), and he only changed it once since both of our cars were in the same place. I didn’t mind since he was very forthcoming about it. No problems here!
A few days before the appointment, Jose called to let me know that he had a scheduling conflict. I was getting ready to get all huffy; another discount deal mishap, I thought – but NO! Jose was super apologetic and offered multiple solutions to work with my schedule to get the appointment back on the books ASAP. He actually ended out coming a day earlier. Again, success!
The day of the appointment, Jose and his assistant showed up on time. I thought it was super cool that he was willing to tailor the cleaning to what I wanted (like I don’t really care about my wheels being sparkly, but having the interior windows and the dash thoroughly cleaned are musts!). He was able to use the water spigot and power connection right outside of my apartment. He was very respectful of our schedule and finished on time.
Super awesome bonus: Jose’s assistant did a couple of little things to show me what the next service level up would entail. She did some leather cleaning on my center console so I could see the difference between it and the seats. This was a GREAT touch as I could really see the work they put in, and what they could do with more time.
I have already booked my next detail with Precision for six months out. Great work!

Jose came out to my house on a cold winter day without any notice, on time, worked for four hours, and did an amazing job. He was very professional, courteous, and kind. Without a doubt I will hire him again. Thanks for making my silver Honda Fit look brand new!

This is the 2^nd time I have used Precision Auto Salon and am thrilled how great of a job they do. Jose was on time, helpful, and most importantly — skilled at what he does. Jose knows what he is doing and did not cut any corners on the job. I have spent twice the amount at well known detail companies for results inferior to what Jose did. Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your time on spending hundreds of dollars on the well known shops. I will be using Jose again for all my future detailing needs.

Jose runs his own express mobile detail service. I live in an apartment complex in Seattle where parking and water is not readily available. He was kind enough to let me drop my SUV off at his house. He took me to a nearby retail center so I could take care of some errands. He picked me up after he was done and the car looked fantastic! He gave me some pointers too. I have not seen my wheels shine like that in along time. He uses good clean products. Would definitely recommend him to friends.

We had Jose come out today to clean our Audi and he did a fantastic job. The appointment was easy to schedule, they were punctual, and they did a thorough job. Everything went smoothly and we couldn’t be happier. He even gave us some tips on how to keep the car clean and shiny on our own. We’ll definitely use them again.

We called several detail shops, but only Jose was clear and professional about his services and products. Jose did a Clay-​Bar treatment, then polish, followed by Wax on my SUV. He worked carefully and completely, working every inch of paint to detail polish. Jose is friendly, on time, very affordable, and uses high quality product, and he put an amazing mirror-​finish on the paint! He cleaned and polished out the surface scratches, road grime, and removed the dullness in the paint. I have NEVER seen my truck look THIS AMAZING!!!
Jose is a serious auto detailer; he has knowledge of paint finish and protection products. He provided excellent service, very professional, and amazing results! I’m recommending him to family and friends– especially those friends who think they know how to wax their sports cars! Fantastic job. I found these guys on living social and hired them for a 45min detail job. Given the rain, I had them focus entirely on the interior. They drove to my house, arrived on time, and did an amazing job. With a baby we had a big mess to clean and stains on the seats. They cleaned the interior having it look like new.
Would definitely hire them again!

I took advantage of their Living Social 50% coupon specials for the Express Detail package. Boy am I glad I did… twice! For both my SUV and truck. Jose’s detailer was punctual, friendly and did a really awesome job both times (mobile service at my house). My vehicles are now super-​shiny and clean in/​out. He even vacuumed all the crumbs out of the hard to reach area between the front seats and the middle console, unbelievable! We are very impressed by the detail work done by these guys. Hands down the best detailer in town! Jose and his super friendly, efficient, thorough staff go to great lengths to make sure their customers are happy! My wife and I has just bought a minivan and it was in decent condition on the inside, but needed a good deep cleaning. Jose and his crew worked this van over! They provided excellent service on so many levels. They are very professional. They came to the house, brought everything they needed to clean and spent several hours cleaning every spot of this van. I have never seen such a clean vehicle. They literally did not miss a spot, inside or outside. Steam-​cleaned places that I did not know existed! The guys were thorough and they were even disappointed that there were one or two little spots (scratches) that they could not buff out. It’s a family minivan. It’s okay!
Jose worked around my schedule, even tried to fit me in early a few times (my schedule just kept it from happening). I recommend Precision Auto Salon and Jose over any other car detailing service. He is clear with the package and what it offers, and completely worth every dollar! Outstanding job!

I used Jose and his team at Precision last week, they came to my condo in downtown Seattle where i have no water source and they brought their own water and did an outstanding job on my vehicle. I am a real estate agent and consider my car my office so I’m very picky. I would use Precision again and have already gave their information to other agents.

Let me set this up for you — I work at a barn. Yes, with horses. I have 3 kids, (teenagers) and I have a soft-​top jeep. My poor jeep has had a rough summer… Barn trips, barn boots, horse dirt, college visits with the kids, top down in the rain, spilled coffee, etc, etc.
I called Jose at Precision last Wednesday, had an appointment set up with him on Friday, and I now own the prettiest jeep in the area! He was able to work around my schedule, was incredibly communicative and even checked up with me the next day to make sure I loved the work.
Crevices I didn’t even know in my car are clean, and things I thought would never be clean again are fantastic!
Pricing is great, got a quote right up front, and he was even able to email me my receipt!
I’ve used detailers before, and Precision totally hits the mark. I’ll be back!

Jose did an awesome job for me at a great value. I drove down south to save some time and my car is now actually black [instead of brown-​grey] again!!! He was very thorough and I definitely plan to use him again!

Precision Auto was very close to my house, so I decided to go with them first. I had never used a detailer before. Jose (the owner) was able to do my detail on a Saturday morning. It took him about four hours. He charged a very competitive rate for an interior and exterior detail and even knocked some money off because it was raining and couldn’t get everything off of my mats.
I was VERY pleased with the results. My wife’s car looked new on the inside and out. If it wasn’t for the rain, I know he could have gone one or two more steps even better. I highly recommend him to everyone and will definitely use him again for my own car.
