I never write reviews like this but I cannot recommend enough that you do NOT live here or anywhere managed by Pacific Living for that matter. Management here is horrible. I have lived in about 10 different places during my time in Seattle and this is by far the worst I have ever been treated by apartment management. 1) Someone once entered my apartment building(using a key) right before I was about to get in the shower. I’m pretty sure that’s actually illegal. 2) My refrigerator broke twice. I was never compensated for all of the food I lost both times. 3) My heater was always broken. I would ask them to fix it and it was never fixed 4) I had a bike(which was locked… with a U-Lock downstairs in the«secure» area) stolen from the building with nothing other than an «I’m sorry it hasn’t happened to anyone else» from management. They don’t care. 5) I also had two packages stolen. I informed management and they had no response. After I bugged them about it for the 5th time they said they’ll try to change the code on the front door. The code was never changed. And my favorite… 6) I had to break my lease early. Something that happens to plenty of humans in life when things change. I had to move out June 5th. I gave my 20 days notice. Someone went online and reserved my apartment for July 5th. Despite the fact that I had 3 people interested in moving into my unit as soon as I was moving out… they refused to do anything to accommodate me demanding that I owe them an entire month of June rent. I will never ever ever live in a unit managed my Pacific Living again and strongly suggest that you take my advice.

After surviving 10 years in 10 different apartments in Hollywood… I found Pacific Living Property’s Pladhüs Apartments, and their incredible property management team: Lorrie & Marco! These two people are the best landlord/maintenance duo I have ever met in my life. I have worked around the residential and commercial design trade for years and have seen many scary situations for tenants. This building is beautifully designed, hyper efficient, and in a great location. For the price it is hard to resist. Checkout for more about the designer of the building! Thank you Lorrie & Marco for making our stay comfortable, safe and memorable.

I’ve been living at Pladhus for about 6 months now, and it has been a really positive experience for me. The manager, Lorrie, is always friendly and helpful. All of the other tenants have been friendly as well. The walls are insanely thick — the only time I’ve ever heard someone was when they were right outside my front door. I have a dog and do a lot of at-home aerobics, so I thought I would be annoying the girl who lived beneath me – but I knocked on her door to apologize one day and she said she’d never once heard us stomping around. It’s a small living situation, but it has really helped me to reduce the amount of crap I had built up over the years. It’s also really efficient space, so it never really bothered me that it was small. In fact, I love being able to keep an eye on my cooking while I’m in my bedroom! It makes for efficient time-management as well. The one annoying this is that I was never added to the call box(not that I’d asked or cared) so FedEx refused to leave my packages in the mailroom for some reason. It was definitely more a FedEx issue than a Pladhus issue though.
