Dani was great! I did a lot of research on videographers and watched a lot of different video portfolios. Dani’s style was perfect for our wedding and her videos always so touching and sweet.
She used drones to capture aerial views of our venue and it turned out beautifully. We also got a video selfie stick which our guests had a blast with during reception. I’m excited to see how it turns out in our DVDs! The only thing I would change is the size of the microphone on the groom during the first look. It was on the bigger side and clipped on the front of his tux. It showed up on some of our pictures, but it’s okay, the moment was still beautiful. :)
The highlight video was so sweet and captured our nerdy wedding perfectly! My husband shared it on Facebook as soon as we got it. If you’re having a wedding, I highly recommend getting a videographer. I almost decided not too, but I’m glad that we went with it in the end! There’s nothing like hearing the vows again, seeing your dress flow and watching all your guests having a great time. It’s so nice to be able to relive the day. :)

If you are reading this review, you can stop looking at other Videographers, because I guarantee you won’t find a better, more amazing Videographer than Pixel Dust Weddings.
We used Pixel Dust Weddings, and I can honestly say how impressed we were with their service. They were very reliable and so friendly to work with. Immediately, we felt like we had known Dani for a long time when we had actually just met her. I believe we now have a friendship with Dani that we will continue for many years to come. Dani is very, very creative! I have watched my daughters film so much, that I have now resorted to using headphones because my husband keeps teasing me that I am watching it so much.
If you are a parent, wondering if your kids really need a film, here was my thinking. I remember when I got married, after so much planning and paying so much attention to close details, only to have the day go by in a flash, and my memories were a blur. Going into this event as Mother of the Bride, I thought this time it wouldn’t happen. I would take the time and commit the day’s events to my memory. Well guess what? That didn’t happen. Pixel Dust was our videographer for our Seattle summer wedding. Dani was so wonderful to work with. She attended our rehearsal to make sure all the details would be just right. At the wedding, she was so calm and captured so many great moments. We LOVED our highlight video and it was so fun to watch the ceremony on video a few months after the wedding… I didn’t realize just how quickly the ceremony went and there were details i didn’t catch until watching the video. Dani was great to work with while shooting for a mutual client. She is very aware of all the needs and wants for her clients. A newlywed herself Dani was amazing and relatable throughout this whole process, she was the perfect mix of professional and friend. Our first meeting we Skype’d which made it so easy and convenient for both our busy lives and it felt great that she was willing to be flexible with us! After seeing her previous work that I loved so much, I was so confident in her team and that they would capture all the important moments of our day! She was always flexible and willing to work with us whether is was with getting her the payment or figuring out what package we wanted to do! The day of the wedding Dani was so stealthy and made it a point to not distract our guests; in all honesty I only realized she was there once when she was doing some bridal shots of me! It was great because we all got to be in the moment, while still knowing that every moment is being captured! Dani is the best there is around town and I know that the combination of all her great qualities makes her my number one pick to recommend to future friends that are brides and other events! Update 4÷2÷14: We just got our highlight video and I am so AMAZED at how she captured our goofy love and all the special little moments we had! I work as a contractor/​photographer at Urban Lights Studio. As a wedding photographer, working with videographers tends to be a mixed bag — unfortunately, the standard for me is having to fight for space in a crowded aisle and catching tripods in many of my shots.

John and Dani donated their time, energy and resources to capture our group wedding ceremony on 12÷9÷12 at the Lake Union Café as 8 couples were married on the first day same sex couples were allowed to marry in Washington state. We used Pixel Dust to video our Calistoga wedding 3 weeks ago and couldn’t have been happier with Dani! We decided to get a videographer just a month before the wedding because we had grandparents who would be unable to attend and wanted to share the day with them. The video turned out to be so much more than just something to share with grandparents. Dani was super quick getting the highlight reel done and it truly captured all the highlights of the day. A concern I had about a video camera being at my wedding is that it’s just too much. Not the case with Dani. She’s like a chameleon. I didn’t even know she was there until a wedding video arrived in my inbox. And the video is beautiful. I know as a dude you’re looking at the budget and trying to cut corners, but I’d really regret not having this video. It’s something Mrs. Farmiloe and I will treasure forever.

Dani was amazing from the start, from finding out what we want in a video to coordinating arrival times. Being camera shy, I hardly knew she was around most of the time filming with her discreet equipment, so It felt natural.
