Officially closed. Dive bar but fun, cheap and long standing. So sad.

We had an amazing time here. Darcy was an exceptional bartender that made all of us feel right at home. She has a great sense of humor and made our trip amazing. The only downside is the owner. He lingers and gives looks that make customers feel uncomfortable. We were in a group of 5 spending a good amount of money and were made to feel like we were in the wrong for being there. Uncalled for. Darcy is awesome and if you can get past the owner, I would highly recommend this dive on Lake City.

Nice local bar, cheap drink and decent food. The bartender was pretty friendly and my burger was tasty. Not fancy by any means but a nice place to grab a pint after work.

Well I’ve got to give this place a thumbs down after 3 or 4 visits over the years. Average-​food, drinks, prices. Bitchy barmaids, owner must breed em somewhere. All I ever see on their reader– board is fish N chips (which I don’t see myself going to Lake City for (fresh?) fish and hiring bartenders. Which is a tell tale sign of poor management. What this owner needs to do is hand over the reins.

Finally gave up on this place. After 2 years of blank stares from the white haired guy (owner?) never even saying hello. Our favorite waitstaff has moved on and that was the last redeeming quality of this place.

Sandi and Brenda are awesome– attentive bartenders! Drinks never stay empty for more then a few seconds. Food is decent during the day when they have an actual cook, at night the owner handles the late night menu and he doesn’t have a clue… Clientele is generally older crusty gentlemen but don’t let that scare you off! They are all very friendly and have great stories about old Lake City.

Good place. I live down the street, so I go often enough. Good pool, with tables that aren’t always crowded. It’s a nice change, it seems more of an older type bar than what there is now, but there is certainly a mixed crowd. Bartenders there are the best. Food is always good!

If you want good food, pool tables, a tv in every corner and that ‘dive in Lake City’ ambience that the kids go crazy for.
Nice hole. I doubt I’ll go out of my way to hang there again once I move from the Lake City area, but it’s been a great place to pass some time. Not too shabby.
