Our focus is residential architecture, with a project portfolio ranging from small remodels to large family estates. We are known for a clean, restrained, contemporary Northwest aesthetic. Ultimately though, the style, scope, and material palette of every project are unique because we firmly believe that the design language for a project can only become clear after understanding the client’s goals, budget and site conditions. Our finished projects add value to our client’s lives and reflect our commitment to environmentally sound architecture, sustainable construction, and maximum use of renewable energy. We also do commercial and multi-​use projects, including restaurants, bars, and retail. Interior design is offered in house.

History

Established in 1978.

The firm moved to its current location in 1990 and now has eight employees, some who have been with the firm for 20 years. Our projects have consistently received critical acclaim over the firm’s 33 year history in publications such as Metropolitan Home, Seattle Homes and Lifestyles, Better Homes and Gardens, and The Seattle Times.
