After being involved in an incident involving blunt force trauma to the face, I was in an unfortunate situation which required a crown implant.
The implant procedure was performed with IV sedation and the only pain I experienced was the urge I had to go to the bathroom because I drank too much water pre-​op.
Furthermore, Dr. Pawlowski noticed I had bad receding gums. An additional gum grafting procedure was suggested and I’m glad I went through with it! Surprised at how fast gums heal.

I have been going to see Dr. Adrian for a few years now and I could not be happier (if going to the dentist makes you happy. smh) — I came to his care as a referral for my advance perio problems. aka Bad Gums. I was so impressed and comfortable with him, that he is my regular dentist now. :) He probably wouldn’t want me to say this, but I even got him to put in my bridge earlier this year (that’s not something he usually does). At first, they asked me where I wanted to get it done. and I was like HERE of COURSE. at this point I really don’t see myself with any other dentist. He can come across as an authoritative disciplinarian but that is based in a passion about his craft, and probably because I needed get my act together to save all my teeth. However, at the end of the day he is very gentle… especially when he needs to be… when he is in your mouth! :)
He has a very CLEAN and PROFESSIONAL office and Staff. There is an genuine interest in my care. Although, appointments are finite, I never feel rushed. He has the latest technology and equipment. One item that is especially dear to me is the HEATED WATER TANK on the rinse tool and the waterpik (sonic cleaning device). This might not sound like a big deal, but if you have sensitive teeth, that cold water is not your friend.

Although the office is downtown Seattle, they do offer a $ 5.00 parking validation, which means most visits will cost $ 3 in parking.

Dr. Pawlowski pulled two of my wisdom teeth and I was able to go back to work the next day. His staff are very friendly and were helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the procedure. I recovered in just a few days and almost didn’t need to use the pain medication he prescribed. I would highly recommend him to any of my friends that need any surgical dental work done.

Being a dentist myself in downtown Seattle where there are quite a few good periodontists should be hard to choose from. I have known Dr. Pawlowski for over a decade and have seen only the best outcomes of surgeries he had performed on my patients. So when it was my turn, it was a no-​brainer whom to trust my own health. I am about to get my 5^th surgery with Dr. Pawlowski and could not be more pleased with the results. He is hands down one of the best clinicians ever and he is on top of the newest advances in perio treatment out there. I would recommend Dr. Pawlowski for any periodontal treatment you need — implants, sinus lift, gingival grafting, crown lengthening, and etc. — as I have recommended him to hundreds of my patients already.

I have been a patient of Dr. Adrian Pawlowski for over 5 years now and had two prior Periodontists in the past. He is a top notch professional Periodontist and I highly recommend him to anyone that needs gum disease treatment. I also use Dr. Martini at Advanced Metropolitan Dentistry for general cleaning.
The front office staff and dental hygienists at Dr. Pawlowski’s office are very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

you’ll find a very friendly, kind & professional staff. The office itself passes out that fuzzy comfort feeling, very organized and cleaned.
First off:
I had to get a gingivactomy done ASAP because I was going on vacation in about a month. So I called Dr. Pawlowski office and asked for the earliest date, it was only 2 days away!
I had so many question about my procedure, I was completely insecure about it. I have a HUGE dental fear!
Dr.Pawlowski was so nice! explained everything, draw out what the procedure was all about. the office has very high technology!
After that I met with a financial coordinator, prices are average.
The same as a general doctor except you get a specialty doctor!
They except most dental plans, and they also offer monthly payments which is definitely a plus ;)
I scheduled my procedure for the following week, everything went so smooth! PAIN-​FREE! and I was told that this procedure was painful no metter what!

If you are looking for a good staff and a friendly place with high standards, this is your guy!

At first meeting, Dr Pawlowski seems like a nice guy. What he is not is a good periodontist. I first went to see him for a crown lengthening and everything went fine. So when I needed an implant I went to him despite my dentist recommendation of a different periodontist.
I told Dr Pawlowski that I was very fearful of nerve damage and he told me I could get a CT scan (at additional expense of course) to give him the most details of my mouth. So I did that. Fast forward to a few days after the surgery. The bottom left part of my mouth continued to be numb so I went back to see him. I was told that the xray looked fine and that the numbness would go away. After another week I insisted on another CT scan. This was done by an outside company and here are the highlights:

That’s right — he drilled the implant right into my nerve and on top of that the implant is in crooked. .
The really nasty thing about this is that Adrian Pawlowski refuses to refund any of my money despite my having to live with a partially numb mouth. I also found out later that he has done this before. On the Dept of Health website you can look at his credentials and see the action taken on him for a very similiar case.
Unfortuantly this is due to expire on 7÷20÷10 so it will soon be gone from public record. I just wish I would have known about it before my surgery, I never would have gone to him.

Dr Pawlowski is a quack. He botched my dental procedure and did not disclose to me at the time that there were complications. He went on vacation the next day without referring me to a back up dentist. My tooth became infected and I was in a lot of pain. Ten days later after he got back from vacation I got back in to see him and he admitted that his procedure was a failure. He didn’t offer a next-​step solution. After that, I inquired with a couple of other dentists in the downtown area that knew of Dr. Pawlowski and they confirmed my suspicions… they had heard numerous complaints about him. His office manager offered a refund of most of the fee’s I paid in advance (without me asking for that). Months later I am still fighting for that refund and now they denied they ever offered it.
Stay far away from Dr. Pawlowski!!! He is a quack and even my primary dentist decided, after the treatment I received, that she had had too many complaints from her primary clients, when referring to them him, to continue using him. Unethical & deceitful… not to mention shoddy dentistry.
