Description

Specialties

Percy’s philosophy is one of farm to bar and farm to table, focusing on seasonal fresh, local ingredients. All ingredients are prepared fresh daily

including fresh squeezed juices as well as our original liquor infusions and tinctures. Our bartenders combine these to create unique and original cocktails that are perfectly balanced. Bar meets kitchen and kitchen meets bar in our fresh approach to food and cocktails.

History

Established in 2012.

Percy’s & Co., the latest addition to Ballard Avenue’s bustling core, is located in the Center of Ballard’s Old Town District. The 115+ year-old historic building has housed a bar non stop since the beginning, even during prohibition.

Meet the Manager

Derek M.

Manager

Derek May, who’s resume includes AQUA and Sushi Ran in San Francisco, has spent the last seven years working in Seattle at a few different Ethan Stowell establishments including How to Cook a Wolf, Anchovies & Olives, as well as Capitol Hill staple, Quinn’s where he was chef de cuisine.

Derek’s menu is inspired by Southern and Creole classics, with a delicious fried chicken with red beans and rice board, Shrimp and Grits and chicken and sausage gumbo to name just a few. We use local, organic ingredients whenever possible, as well as our rooftop garden, practices that Derek is enthusiastically continuing.
