Good Vietnamese Sandwich, good bubble tea, and also really sweet ladies who ran this business, they were funny and kind. The atmosphere was nice and this would probably make a good place to just study and chill. This place does not stand out but it is worth a little stop by.

The BEST Vietnamese sandwiches! Friendly owners and staff. Fun and funky environment. If you are looking to support small businesses, I highly recommend this as a fantastic alternative to Starbucks.

You have to go for their Vietnamese sandwich. I love the Vietnamese beef loaf sandwich is moist and tasty. I will have to go back there again.

Looove their bubble tea! Better than going to the Ave around UW. Just the right amount of sweetness, not too sweet at all since a lot of places go nuts on the sugar.

My favorite place to eat, drink and chill in West Seattle! I personally think they have some of best banh mi sandwiches and chai tea lattes in town :)

I love coming here on my way to work very morning. It is a super cute and cozy café and the prices are very good. I don’t drink coffee so I always order chai when I am there. They make it perfect every time. It’s a nice place to study and/or to grab a coffee date with a friend! Fast and friendly service. My go to café joint!

Wow… this owner is incredibly rude and has no communication or professional skills. I am actually shocked by all the great reviews … I will not be back here. She was very abrupt, short and didn’t listen to a word I said… after our disagreement on the type of tea(that I was given by a young Hispanic man last week) she claimed I was confused as to where I was at… it then took FOREVER’ she did this on purpose and then refused to look at me stating in a sarcastic cold manner«ooootay maaam… tank you bye bye» Ehhhh…people like this need to just let actual workers do the job right… Owners do not do customer service for a reason especially this one

Best bubble tea I’ve ever tasted! Hannah & her mother are the best, I come in & they already know what I want! & know me by name, I recommend them off tops! Never been disappointed & the atmosphere is wonderful & soothing. Great place to grab a couple friends to go with or even some 101 time with yourself.

Pretty tasty Thai Iced Tea Bubble Tea. The woman working brought my order it to where I was sitting which I didn’t expect and appreciated. If I was passing by and wanted bubble tea again, I’d drop in but I’m hardly ever in W. Seattle!

My mom was on the hunt for a good Banh mi sandwich. This did not disappoint. Great sandwich and fabulous atmosphere. We both had the chicken baguette and I had taro bubble tea, super tasty. We will be back.

Wow! Didn’t even know a place like this existed in this area! Very hidden if you’re not paying attention! I ordered the tofu sandwich and passion fruit tea with tapioca. I’m actually quite impressed by the sandwich. I am always hesistant when I order vegetarian Vietnamese sandwiches but this one is pretty good! The bread is amazing, soft light crunch on the outside and chewy and moist in the inside. The veggies are crisp and really delicious! The tofu. Well I can’t even tell its tofu! It has a nice flavor to it that pairs wonderfully with the veggies and bread. I am actually wanting to go back to try their BBQ pork sandwich now! Passion fruit milk tea is really good too! I requested it to be less sweet and its perfect! Tapioca is cooked perfectly too. Cashier is really friendly. The atmosphere is different. Dark. Old. Gloomy. But I love it! It’s what makes it different and unique. I highly suggest this place for a quick bite or a study session! Will definitely return again soon!

Love getting my barbeque baguette here and tofu is decent, the salmon crêpe is yummy. Not very friendly if you have children(–which is my main reason for coming: my children) also the Bubbleteas used to be better now they taste too powdery. The soups are your regular old Progresso canned soup just heated. The gatorades and juice are very overpriced compared to down the street at the gas station. The hot chocolate is nice and frothy. UPDATE: So we stopped by to get some hot chocolate, again kiddos favorite thing to get in the middle of nowhere on Delridge. We didn’t stay we took our drinks out. So usually our hot chocolates are as stated in my previous review very frothy, rich and satisfying… Not so anymore… Literally hot water and one packet of your cheapest hot chocolate was probably split between the two cups because it literally tasted like very watered down chocolate mix… Like literally water with the hinted taste of chocolate… Come on! I paid that much for this?! Ugh…

This is my favorite place to get bubble tea. In my opinion, no one else makes a blended mango tea with lychee jellies as well as these guys. Plus, the owner is really nice — she always remembers me by name, even when I haven’t been there in years, and she always asks how my family is doing. If I didn’t feel so guilty about the calories, I’d go here every single day!

Pearls is one of two(descent) places to eat on this part of delridge. Everything is OK, but nothing is great. Prices are fair.

Super cute. I like the interior better than the exterior… my sister told me that some of her coworkers used to frequent this place, so I thought I’d stop in. What a menu! Their orange cream boba is really nice… you can tell they really take pride in what they do. I’m excited to eat through the menu – I only wish it stayed open later than 7pm!

I called in a carryout order of a crêpe with ham, egg, and mozzarella. The person with whom I placed my order said, «Cheese and egg?» I repeated ham, egg, and mozzarella. She asked if I only wanted three things and I said yes, assuming she understood which three things I wanted. I had my doubts about what kind of cheese would be in the crêpe when I opened the box and saw cheddar sprinkled on top, but I absolutely didn’t have time to have the crêpe remade if it wasn’t right. Unfortunately, the cheddar was inside as well, and there was no mozzarella. The black forest ham was delicious, though, and there was lots of fluffy egg. The texture of the crêpe was nice and thick and not the slightest bit dry, and it had an interesting flavor to it. It would’ve been a thousand times better with mozzarella instead of cheddar, so I’m looking forward to coming back when I have time to make sure it’s made the way it was ordered.

Just went here today for breakfast and it was a pretty good one. I ordered the nutty strawberry crêpe and matcha boba tea. :3 I also like how they have the punch card system and they keep the cards for you. Super convenient! It took a while for our food but that’s ok. The food wasn’t the best but still good. I expected more. The atmosphere and dining area is nice though. It felt really comfy and cozy. Even their bathroom! I felt right at home. I think I’ll come back and try their baguettes or savory Crepes next time. :3

Dusty chandeliers, crushed velvet couch, wooden floors and touches of antique bring me back to SF Bay days. This is a great thing because in the Bay you will find wonderfully unique businesses like this one! Great options for coffee drinks and bubble tea(yes, they make their pearls fresh each day. I asked!). Friendly helpful staff also is another reason to repeatedly come back in addition to your coffee cravings. Enjoy!
