History
Established in 1999.
We are a Seattle-based law firm, but our legal reach extends across the nation.
Some of our past litigation includes work with parents throughout the U.S. whose families have suffered from defective toys coming out of China. We have already secured multi-million dollar settlements to families in 10 states, with additional cases coming up for trial. The work we have done with these cases has led to several nationwide recalls of toys created by major U.S. companies.
We also specialize in aviation law with injured passengers and crew in airplane and helicopter accidents, as well as reaching out in railroad and maritime cases. Since our firm’s beginning we have successfully litigated several cases involving port workers, airline passengers and those in the railroad business.
