Mary Wilson, Founder of On Call Nanny, decided to put together a team of nannies in January 2007, who were capable, dependable and experienced and could be called upon, on short-​notice, for in-​home care.

Many of the nannies are professional caregivers who work in a variety of childcare fields, including students in graduate programs in Early Childhood education, family counselors and school-​teachers, all with professional childcare experience. As both a mother and corporate executive, Mary was passionate about providing top-​quality care for children and providing services that parents will find trustworthy and reliable.

Jeremy and Bethany McWilliams became the new owners, of On Call Nanny, June 2012.

The McWilliams family has made it their mission to provide the best resource for working parents. They are committed to providing a superior service, with vetted, experienced and background checked nannies. They use a customized software, to see nannies in real time who are available on call, so they can book each parents request immediately.
