This establishment is outstanding! The service was impeccable. We have an outdoor structure that has a slope to it and wanted some sun shades to hold out that searing west sun in the afternoon/​evening. We had 3 companies (all highly recommended) come out and of those 3, only NW Awning and Fabric could demonstrate its incredible competency to create what we needed. The other 2, while wanting the job, couldn’t even begin to figure it out. It was a no-​brainer for us. One of the companies didn’t even bother to follow-​up and call back after they said they would – always a telling sign.
If you want a company with personnel (Travis/​team were incredible, professional, kind, patient, etc… you name it, they demonstrated it) that really cares, that will take the time to work with you and get what you want and get it right the first time — don’t even bother looking elsewhere… this IS your go-​to company!
Price points were very reasonable — middle of the pack — and worth every single cent we spent. Would not even think twice about using them again.
Kudos to Travis/​Company for understanding how to work with a customer and deliver. You don’t see this kind of service much anymore, but this company totally «gets it,» lives it and delivers it.

Travis is a fantastic person to work with! I called Northwest Awning after seeing the logo on their truck. Working with Travis to create a couple of custom awnings for my home. NW Awning designed a custom fort area for our kids that was in a very unusual space — they did a perfect job. Travis was extremely friendly and responsive and were very impresses with the final product — both look and quality.

They have made a couple fabric awnings for me and some custom decals too. Always great work and honest help.
